"After setting an appointment for peicing wct waited over a month for the appointment only to get a text less than 24 hours before the set time saying it would need recheduling. Was told he would contact me in a Day or two to rechedule. I reitterated how dire the itutoon was but never heard from them again. Just left us wondering and wasted 5 weeks inthe process. Our home is in jeopardy of complete failure. Doors windows, plumbing and electrical are sustining more damage by the day. Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."

"Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."

"I would not recommend this company. We ordered a generator in August 2021 and was told it would be installed October 2021. We financed the generator all but 1713.50 which we paid to the company. They never showed up or called in Oct so by Dec we called them. The owner told us the generator was in but he didn't have anyone to install it. We waited until Jan 2022 before we canceled the entire order. It was clear they weren't going to give us the product. We asked for a refund several times for the 1713.50. The owner said I have to sell the generator before I can refund your money. The issue had never been resolved . Horrible Horrible people to work with. They should have installed the generator or refunded us what we gave them"
