All Star Plumbing and Air

I would not recommend this company. We ordered a generator in August 2021 and was told it would be installed October 2021. We financed the generator all but 1713.50 which we paid to the company. They never showed up or called in Oct so by Dec we called them. The owner told us the generator was in but he didn't have anyone to install it. We waited until Jan 2022 before we canceled the entire order. It was clear they weren't going to give us the product. We asked for a refund several times for the 1713.50. The owner said I have to sell the generator before I can refund your money. The issue had never been resolved . Horrible Horrible people to work with. They should have installed the generator or refunded us what we gave them

Very well. They showed up when promised, completed the job and when they left there were no signs of their being here. Silas and Jake were very friendly yet professional and cared about my home and the job.

This company is the BEST! Now I know why they have such great reviews. From the start when I called the lady answering the phones (wish I remembered her name) she was so pleasant and very helpful. She followed through with me from the start on my service. I had an appointment the very next day. Jake, the service provider, was prompt and I didn't have to wait. He wore a mask which was important to me bc my mom is 100 yrs old and bed bound. I have been careful letting people in her home. He was absolutely wonderful! He was so knowledgeable & thorough checking everything from inside home including attic and outside condenser unit. He cleaned out all the dirt & debris, leaves and some ants accumulating in the outside condenser. He explained how the unit operates and what he was doing when he had to flush it out. He also told me my attic fan was not working and gave me some options to keep my system working properly. He stayed here for over an hour. With all the work he did I figured the bill would be very high. I was shocked that the bill was really fair. This company and Jake were amazing. During this time with the Covid19 you usually have to wait on everything. I was amazingly surprised. I have already recommended All Star Plumbing & Air to several people. When Jake left I noticed it was cold in the house and I was thrilled. I highly recommend this company. There that good!

Great! He did a fantastic job & completed what I asked him to do. However, I didn't much care for the extra $100 he tacked on to my bill for "membership". I plan on calling them to explain this.

It was great they are professional, on time and they did an excellent work, they put a mat on the front door and they wiped there feet to it before entering the house and when they left they take the mat with them.
