"I just had two windows by Tommy’s Windows. It went very smooth from the estimate to installation. Meeting with Tommy to get the estimate went very well he was on time. In our discussion I felt very comfortable with him. This made the recession to choose Tommy’s an easy one. His rating did not hurt either. David was my installer he was on time worked hard to install my windows. After installing the windows he cleaned up any mess that he made. It was almost like with the exception of having a new window I would have never know he had been there. Overall my experience with Tommy’s Windows was very positive. They were one time, professional, did excellent work and were reasonably priced. If the need in the future arises for windows or doors Tommy’s will be my first call not my last like this time."

He picked the time saying he had to go to church so 3 pm was when he could come. He called me at 11:15 am that day wanted to come right then . "Problem was shower floor leaked into basement. Wanted new shower tile and floor to fix leak, new sink, and new lights. Working schedule was sporadic. Some days someone would show, others not. Days/weeks went by with no work. He asked to work Saturdays which I allowed. Once payments of the "weekly progress invoices" totaled near the project total he packed tools and left with tile not grouted and doors not installed, and didn't return until threatened with being sued. Still didn't finish tile grouting or the doors. Damaged ceiling carrying in materials. By project end I did not trust him in my home. Less than year later shower floor is leaking into basement just as before. Working with Brian was a frustrating, annoying, expensive waste of time and money."
