Mr. Joe was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job assembling our master bed. If you want it done right, we highly recommend him; you won't be disappointed.

Mr . Joe contacted me early on June 25, 2024. I told him what I needed replacing. He said he could come by and look at what needed to be done with my Attic replacement stairs. He called me when he got into the driveway of my home. He looked at the Old Attic ladder & Door that needed replacing. Quoted me a very reasonable price. He said I can replace it for you now. I said great 👍. He left and went to the store to buy the replacement ladder and picked up a helper. The job was completed in 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with his work. His helper Lacretia Edwards was also a great helper. They got the job done with no problems. Very professional and I would recommend HANDYMAN SERVICES, Mr. Joe Nichols to anyone needing repairs done. Joe came out this afternoon (on a Sunday, I might add), to remove our old worn out mailbox and replace it with one I recently bought. Joe was efficient and had the necessary tools and supplies. Since he had a 2 hour minimum, and it took him no time to install our new mailbox, he attended to 2 gaping holes in the soffit of our carport where squirrels had damaged it. I had already bought chicken wire to close up the holes, but no appropriate tool to cut it. Joe had the equipment and was able to close off the holes and wood staple the mesh in place. He also gave a very reasonable quote to remove and replace 4 wood porch columns on the front of our house. Joe is very efficient and has a lot of experience in handyman work. We will definitely hire him again!

He got the job done and was very efficient with the time projected. He did a great job. He even completed some other task we needed while he was there. Great person to work with and will be contacting him again.

Very well done would hire joe again

I wanted my front door replaced with a very heavy iron double door. Even though my husband is very handy, it was just to heavy and cumbersome for him alone. Joe came out and helped my husband with the heavy lifting and offered some good insight for the installation. Whole process only took a couple of hours. I was so impressed with him that I asked him to come back a few months later to install some drywall in the garage that we torn down earlier for a remodel. Joe did a great job. Always comes on time and has good ideas how to get the job done. Very dependable. I highly recommend him.

Thw work was very well done. Communications were ongoing and up to date. Thw work done was a very large scope and the next time a detailed work planned before work begins should help with the work and money surprises. Again the work performed was very well done and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Awesome! He practically knows how to do anything!! I had him doing my husband’s to do list and he got about half of it done in one day. From there I kept adding to the list once I saw how good he was. My only concern I had/have is that he works by the hour instead of quoting a price for the job. I was pleased at how well he worked and the length of time it took to get the job done. He even shops for any parts you may need but be prepared to pay for that time since it is time he could be on a job. He worked on electrical and plumbing jobs and carpentry and even things like hanging TV’s on the wall! I definitely would recommend him!!

Great! Hard worker, knowledgeable in various areas, personable, reasonably priced. I have other projects for him to do on the future. If you need a good handyman, hire him, you will not regret it.

Joe, gave us ideas of what he could do for us, helped me get everything at the hardware store, had every tool for the job of a new tile wall for our shower, and did an Amazing Job, every shower ,thats the first thought i have, how nice the shower looks , I would always call him if I need a job done around the home.
