I have done work in the residential industry since 1993, mostly design build of Custom Homes. I would work with the customer from beginning to end, what would be known as a turn key operation. As long as you Supply and Pay for all the materials as needed, then there are no up charges on my end and you just pay me for Labor when I am done, unless its drawn out, then we can work something out. I'm there to provide you a service with Consulting with your design, Materials as needed and Desired Time Frame to meet your schedule and mine.
