James did a wonderful job. He is dependable and paid great attention to details. He always cleaned up at the end of the day and finished the job within the time frame he quoted. Reasonably priced. Will definitely contact James for future jobs.

My family and I have relocated 3 times over the past 19 years and have had various updates/remodeling done at every home in we have been in whether in Kentucky or Tennessee. James is reliable, on-time, takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail, fair and reasonable with pricing by showing you every expense he has in the job and the list goes on. He has remodeled our basement, updated 3X showers and completely tore out and rebuilt our kitchen and might I tell you it looks amazing. I will go nowhere else for my plumbing, electrical and remodel needs. Thanks for everything James!!

Met with James to review scope of what I needed done. He was very thorough in explaining how he would do it and how long it would take. He is very polite and professional. The finished bathroom did not disappoint. Did a fantastic job. He and his helper are very trustworthy. I was not able to work from home during the remodel and fully trusted them to be alone in the house. If I ever have any other projects, I will definitely contact James.

Not only were they very professional, but they were sensitive to our needs during the COVID concerns. They all wore masks while working and even sanitized all of the door knobs every night before they left.

This job went very well, the master was a full on job changed from tub to walk in shower, changed closet doors, lighting. Tile of shower and hall bath extremely well done. They listened to what we wanted and gave us that. Covered carpet and hardwood with plastic to avoid getting dirty and scuffed. vacuumed everyday before they left arrived on time everyday, finished well in the timeline. Didn't mind my questions. Very Easy to work with.

Remodels can be very scary, but James was so professional and did such an amazing job! I can’t speak highly enough about the work. I live in a different city and did all of the research for my mom. I had to trust from afar that everything was going to go well for my mother. After meeting James I went with my gut and placed my trust in him. I knew this would be stressful for my mom, but very necessary. I called or texted her every day and she was always so excited that stayed on schedule and wouldn’t leave until they cleaned up everything. At the end the work was exactly what we had discussed and impeccable work! We even came in under the budgeted amount, which I feel is unheard of in remodels. I would suggest them for any project you might have!

James and his team did an excellent job! They are personable, while being professional. We had an unusually large sized shower base that needed to be set in our basement bathroom. They had to remove concrete in order to redirect the drain to accommodate the drain in the shower base. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and finished at the time that was estimated. They were communicative throughout the whole process, and left the work area extremely clean...they clean up after themselves! Their prices are very competitive to others in the market. Their work is high quality. I recommend them, and will use them for future projects.

We contracted with Even Flow to perform a complete bathroom remodel and couldn't have been happier with the results. James and his team were quick to answer questions, to give professional advice, and to make adjustments with our satisfaction in mind. A wonderful experience start to finish.

Finished the same day and even though one spicket broke off internally, James contacted me and went through his recommendations, we came to an agreement and finished the same day. The quality of work was exceptional, very reasonably priced, and you could tell that he takes much pride in his work and his business!!

Family operation that took pride in their work. They responded to our vision of how we wanted the remodeled bath/laundry to function. They did several things that weren’t even in the scope of the project, like replacing an outdated pipe from the toilet and doing the drywall work needed to close a big space in a nearby hallway where we had removed a whole house fan. We felt like they were part of our family by the time the project was done. Good people.

My basement had flooded and my side yard was filling with water. Even Flow came to the rescue by installing a larger sump pump, a water-powered back up, tied my downspouts into a line they installed in my yard along with a couple of drains. Very professional company. The work was done quickly and effectively and the price was great. I recommend Even Flow to anyone who wants quality workmanship, prompt responses and attention to detail.

It seems rarer each day that you find a contractor who is both professional and personable, structured yet adaptable. determined yet patient. We found all of that in James and his superb crew. From the moment they walked in the door, our bathroom remodel was in good hands. They showed up right on time each day, were incredibly respectful of our home and lives, barely made a mess and cleaned up each day, kept us fully apprised of where things stood, openly invited our questions and more. This was not a simple project; it was a down the studs/joists tear out with lots of design, structural, electrical and plumbing expertise needed. The project is just about done and I'm walking around — instead of finding something they may have missed — discovering little touches that speak to the pride and quality they put into their work. I cannot recommend them more highly.

James and his crew were outstanding! I have done several remodels on homes in the past and this one was by far the best experience I have ever had. They were on time every morning, worked late many days, cleaned up their mess every day so that my living space was disrupted as little as possible. John was wonderful to work with on a daily basis. They all provided me feedback and ideas as the remodel unfolded to make the bathroom absolutely amazing! There was a small punch list after project completion and James was here to review with me and had his crew out to correct everything immediately. My bathroom looks FABULOUS! I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to everyone I speak with!

This was by far the best experience I had with any contractor. From the very first visit James was on time, very easy to talk with and knowledgeable. Him and his staff were at my house every morning at exactly the time frame they said they would be and worked hard to complete the project. The quality of workmanship and products used exceeded expectations. With this experience there is no other company I would use for any upcoming projects. HIGHLY recommend!

The work performed was excellent. Workers were skilled, fast, polite, courteous, and very helpful to assist with the selection of new flooring, cabinets etc. I would rehire them or recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Start to finish, James and John did a spectacular and professional job. They were courteous, punctual and reliable. They are totally committed to their work. Each day they gave the work area a thorough vacuuming and cleaning. The tools and materials were neatly kept in the garage. They showed respect for my time and my property. The new shower is just lovely, and a perfect addition to our family room bath. Thanks Even Flow, James & John. I highly recommend you and will call on you when I'm ready to put in my new kitchen!
