I met with four contractors before I chose Louisville City Handyman (LCH), one whose reputation deemed them experts in remodeling 100-year-old homes in my neighborhood. Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him. Keenan was highly communicative, ALWAYS punctual, showed up every day (for over three months), gave up-to-date updates every week, cleaned up after every shift, and on top of all that, he was really pleasant to be around. I work from home, so we interacted daily. His creative problem-solving skills amazed me. "DDR did it again, About a year ago DDR did a covered patio for us and they did a great job so we decided to have them out for a bigger job. We had them do an addition on our home, we added a master suite with a bath and walk in closet, they also added a half bath for our pool area. All I can say is if you are having any work done on you home you don't need to look anywhere else because this company is awesome. The way they communicate is amazing. Our project manager Nate is the best, I truly feel that this job wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for him. He communicates so well that you almost don't need to do anything because he is on top of everything. Nate and DDR took what is usually a stressful endeavor and had me at ease for the entire build.
