They offered the complete package including design, financing and construction. All were done very professionally and promptly.

This is the second project that DDR has done for us, the most recent was a covered deck and the first project was a 2 car detached garage. Everyone we've dealt with has been very proactive, kind and responsive. They are a one stop shop. Our project manager Leroy, did a great job answering questions or concerns that came up, as well as keeping the project moving while coordinating the crews with other projects being done by the company. We threw everyone a bit of a curve by adding two small windows to the entryway once the project started and this request was handled seamlessly to us by Leroy and DDR. The crews that did the work were very kind and respectful of our property. They kept the work area clean and neat. The entire DDR team is great to work with and we will use them again in the future if/when we redo our basement. We only wish they did kitchens because that is our next project. We can't say enough about this company, we highly recommend them, they will not disappoint.

DDR was the perfect choice for our addition and remodel. We added a master suite, moved the laundry room to expand our kitchen, combined full bath and half bath, and created another bedroom. Every room in the house had work. Nate W., or project manager, was fantastic to work with. The small issues that arose were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Nate made great suggestions and was very respectful of our budget. I would highly recommend DDR for any home rennovations!

I was impressed with this company when the salesman came for the consultation. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with my questions. I had never been involved in this type of project. When the work was to begin Chris Thomas was my contact person and the overseer of the project. He was very easy to work with. He kept me in the loop of what was going to happen every day. There were no surprises, I knew who was going to be on my property. I cant say enough about the workers. They were polite, worked from the time they arrived until they left, stopping only for lunch. The quality of the work was exceptional the end result being a total professional room addition. The electrician that worked on my project was fantastic and very professional. He was able to complete his task while working in a basement that was not one of the easiest to work in. This company did everything they promised and I was very satisfied with the end result. We hired DDR to build a covered patio over our existing 12 x 24 concrete patio. The work was very professional and was done in a timely manor. Nate kept us informed as to when the crew would be there and helped with picking out the best color for the ceiling since it would have been very dark to use the same color as our existing vinyl. It turned out beautiful and looks as if it were built with the house. You cannot tell that it is an addition.

Our experience overall has been excellent. Job was started and completed in a timely manner. Every job comes with it's own set of problems and ours was no different, but every obstacle was met with prompt resolution and care. The work crews were all courteous and on time. We were notified by the project manager, Nate Warner, on every step of our project. He kept us well informed on what was happening and when. His attention to detail was impressive. There were so many little details and he took care of every single one. Our project involved removal of our old second level deck 12' X !2' and replaced with a second level covered 12' x 22' screen room. The roof is attached to our existing roof and the shingles, siding and gutters were all matched to our existing colors and materials. The sitting area has a semi-vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans and lights, Code required railings be installed all the way around as the screen room is high off the ground. All materials used are maintenance free (Fiberon for steps and flooring) and black heavy aluminum railings all around the inside and stairs. Excellent! During construction some lawn damage was done and the crew brought dirt and made repairs, laying grass seed and straw. Also, our lower deck screen door was damaged by workers and DDR replaced the door free of charge, no questions asked. A light was also damaged under the deck and that too, was taken care of by DDR. What more can be asked for!! All permits for electrical and construction were secured and inspections were done in a timely manner. So, as for our satisfaction, we are highly pleased with all the personnel from DDR, and my wife is ecstatic with the results of our new screen room. It is our recommendation, if you are in the market for an addition to your home, by all means contact DDR. You will not be disappointed

The workmanship is very good. The time time frame was very good. Leroy kept the job moving even with the effects of hurricane Helena during the build. DDR worked hard to keep us happy with the process. With all construction projects there will be small issues. Everything was handled very professionally and to our satisfaction.

We can't say enough good things about DDR. We moved to a new house with a very old deck and decided we wanted something larger and covered. DDR came up with an amazing plan. Leroy our PM was fantastic and was always there to answer any questions and to keep us update with the timeline. The deck is amazing and completed within the time frame. Distinctive Design Remodeling (DDR) is a top-notch vendor!! Demo'ing our current garage, and building a new garage was, by far, the biggest (most $$$) project we've ever taken on. DDR was there for us, every step of the way. During scoping, they asked smart questions, and took the time to understand our specific needs - it's evident this is all they do! They helped us save money where we could. Once we got into design and permitting, the office staff was polite, informative, and prompt in their communication. We ran into quite a few unexpected hiccups during permitting - they presented options and helped us work through every single bump. Once demo and construction got under way, everyone was WONDERFUL - our PM, the various crews. They showed up on time, did stellar work, and cleaned up after themselves. They made a daunting, new process, dare I say it, FUN! We learned a ton and would highly recommend DDR to anyone.

DDR did an amazing job with our sunroom addition. We consulted several companies, and DDR was the only one to tell us our vision was possible. Additionally their services are a one stop shop, where they take care of permits, electricians, roofers, etc which alleviates a lot of stress on the homeowner. Within a matter of weeks they began construction, and the process was seamless. They completed the project on time and maintained communication throughout. Quality work and fair pricing. I have recommended them so much that my best friend and her husband had a project completed by them and are very happy with the process and finished product.
