We were looking for a good reputable company since we were purchasing an older home and our offer was contingent upon inspection. The first night we stay in our home, we heard a critter in the attic. Day 2 I called a pest control company to come investigate. The gentleman came down from our attic and immediately ask if we had inspection and raised his eyebrow when I replied yes. The attached is a picture of the mass of garbage that was in our attic. I made a call to Curtis to discuss and ask for the video clips of our inspection that is advertised on the company website and to make this short I never received the clip because they didn't deem it necessary as said by Curtis wife Diane. Being the child of a business owner in the same industry I was taught it is not about the mistake but how you handle the mistake. Curtis did not handle the 8k mistake made. Had we had been aware of the attic our offer would have change or requested the fix. BEWARE of this company"
