Professionalism, Quality, Value ^^^PLEASE READ before hiring this business for your home inspection needs. My husband and I hired this company to do a home inspection. We were looking for a good reputable company since we were purchasing an older home and our offer was contingent upon inspection. The first night we stay in our home, we heard a critter in the attic. Day 2 I called a pest control company to come investigate. The gentleman came down from our attic and immediately ask if we had inspection and raised his eyebrow when I replied yes. The attached is a picture of the mass of garbage that was in our attic. I made a call to Curtis to discuss and ask for the video clips of our inspection that is advertised on the company website and to make this short I never received the clip because they didn't deem it necessary as said by Curtis wife Diane. Being the child of a business owner in the same industry I was taught it is not about the mistake but how you handle the mistake. Curtis did not handle the 8k mistake made. Had we had been aware of the attic our offer would have change or requested the fix. BEWARE of this company

Excellent. Chris pointed out every issue one could reasonably expect in a 68 yr old home. Chris had suggestions and recommendations for issues that were serious and some more minor issues. He provided advice on furnace heating mechanisms to address any future issues that could arise. He was very thorough.

Chris Curtis was on time, very professional, and had a very scrupulous report sent the same day as the inspection. He answered all questions thoroughly and I feel that when I address the findings from his report, my house will be tip top. He left no stone unturned. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a report backed with integrity

Chris is awesome. He helped with 2 home inspections. The first one was incomplete because of problems with the home appraisal. Chris was 3/4 of the way done and gave me my check back to me. The second one went fabulous. I was there for majority of the inspection and followed him around. He was very informative with explaining the cons, pros, and the whys of each area and what needed to be done to correct any problems. If you want someone who is honest, educated and informative doing your home inspection, it is Chris. And to top it off, he's just darn pleasant. You won't regret using his services.

Was on time- he beat me to the house actually. I tagged along for the entire inspection and he was great about pointing out minor deficiencies and how to remedy them. He did a thorough inspection of every room, exterior, roof and basement. I will definitely use him again if ever move out of this house.

The inspection was professional from the very first communication! I was referred to Curtis Home Inspection from a mutual friend. As I was purchasing my home in as-is condition, I needed to know what I was getting into. Chris spent an entire morning on the roof, in the crawl space, on the perimeter of house, along the property row, on the porch, in every single room. He pointed strengths and weaknesses of our nearly 100-year old home out. While I do not plan to purchase another home after this one, I would use Chris in a heartbeat if I were! His inspection allowed me to seek out the workers I may need in the future, secure bids/quotes and make a realistic offer on the house with a good understanding of the work required over the next few years. Chris Curtis just did a home inspection for me & I was amazed at the details in the 44 page report he provided the same day as inspection. Very impressive! Stated info & provided pics to backup the findings. If you want a thorough inspection of a home, quick appointment, & reasonable rates, Chris is the one to call. He saved me double his fee by having seller fix problems inside/ outside before closing. Money well spent! Should the need arise in the future I will be a repeat customer.

It went good. He told us that we needed a new furnace and water heater. Also needed to get ac unit replaced and the tripper on garage opener to be fixed. Also fix leaks in the master bathroom and kitchen. Minor stuff needs to be fixed like sealing up the outside so water doesn't get in it, sealing door better. I haven't went over the entire report yet but he sure did kill it and we are blessed to have him as our inspector!
