It went excellent. Although my granddaughter knew little about Home Inspections and Radon Testing beforehand, Kerry explained exactly what he was doing and what the results meant. Not only did he provide an excellent oral explanation, Kerry's written report identified all areas, displaying pictures of such along with clear identification and problems. With his detail of the written report, you are able to go back and verify your complete understanding; his report provides a detailed checklist you can use while you have problem areas corrected. I would not hesitate to use Kerry again or refer others to use his services! His prices are most reasonable as they are in consideration of square feet being inspected.

Mr. Gage was prompt, thorough, and patient when we had questions...we don't know a lot about houses so our questions were not the smartest but Mr. Gage was kind no matter how silly the inquiry and made sure we understood what was needed. He offered to answer any questions we had after the inspection and has done so willingly through email. I highly recommend Gage Home Inspections and will definitely use again!

I had an inspection on July 31, 2017 of a house that I had signed a contract to buy and gave a $500.00 good faith estimate at Westview, Kentucky, Mr Gage did a extensive inspection of the property and gave me a 62 page report of the property with many photographs that showed damaged areas. He discovered that the property had extensive damage to the wood in the craw space and much moisture which indicated a possibility of mold damage. He saved us from buying a property that would require much work and expense to repair. On August 9, 2017, he inspected another house we were interested in buying at 206 Plainview St. Hardinsburg, Kentucky. He also did a extensive inspection on the property and gave us a 53 page report . He found that the property was in good shape, but by photographs, pointed out the area's that need to be repaired.

Excellent. We called and our home inspection was scheduled for just a few days later. The inspection was thorough and we were told of any problems as they were spotted. Kerry was very thorough, professional, and friendly. We received our report just a day later along with an included home energy report with ways to potentially conserve energy, which was a plus. Would highly recommend to anyone who is needing an inspection done timely and affordably.

Not only did the inspection results come back quicker than I had expected, the results were very thorough and detailed, including photos with measurements. There were things found that I had not even noticed, or would have thought to check out, my first time looking at the place. It really helped me to understand what I would be getting myself into without any surprises later on down the road.

Very well. Kerry was there and done with the exterior work 30-45 minutes early. The rest took maybe 90 minutes. I don't really remember because I was engaged the whole time. He talked me through the whole process, as telling me about things he was finding as he went. He was open to answering questions and explaining what he was seeing. He was extremely thorough, including checking every single outlet, every switch, every door, every pipe, etc. Then he presented an excellent 60+ page report with pictures. It was fabulous.

Excellent! Mr. Gage was very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was early to our appointment and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. The inspection cost was a very affordable $275. Mr. Gage conducted a Radon test at our request, incurring an additional cost of $100. His style of reporting is superb with many pictures and explanations. A subsequent re-inspection was offered for $75.

Very professional, was at the home before we were, went through the complete process explaining every step with detail. Informed us of the issues he found, took detailed pictures and provided us with photos and explanations on each issue. When you are purchasing a home it is nice not only to know what the faults are both major and minor but also what the positives are with the home which he also pointed out. He not only took the time to explain and answer any question we had but also answered a few questions after we had received his report.
