"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Defective said nothing wrong with it, guy crushed it on install and it NEVER been very hot. They came to check on it after 14 month and said nothing wrong with it. Said faucet in shower old when actually replaced twice in last 20 years so it pretty NEW! This is how they treat someone on disability!"

"A disaster from the minute we signed our contract. Took months to finally get the replacement. The crew they sent out was drinking on the job and damaged our roof significantly (spray painted our flashing black which got on our white siding, left large gaps big enough for animals to get through, damaged fascia, damaged brand new shingles, installed mangled drip edge, and more). Spent months in contact with local management and corporate management, had people at our house on 7+ occasions and the damages were never fixed properly. We finally told them not to come out anymore once we had discovered they had claimed to replace the damaged shingles, only for us to find out they didn’t replace all of them. We finally hired a lawyer once they sent us a bill for the negligent work performed."
