A disaster from the minute we signed our contract. Took months to finally get the replacement. The crew they sent out was drinking on the job and damaged our roof significantly (spray painted our flashing black which got on our white siding, left large gaps big enough for animals to get through, damaged fascia, damaged brand new shingles, installed mangled drip edge, and more). Spent months in contact with local management and corporate management, had people at our house on 7+ occasions and the damages were never fixed properly. We finally told them not to come out anymore once we had discovered they had claimed to replace the damaged shingles, only for us to find out they didn’t replace all of them. We finally hired a lawyer once they sent us a bill for the negligent work performed.

I wouldn't use them again. The workers showed up to start and the materials weren't delivered yet. I had to change color of the shingle. Every time I was told something by Jaynie it did not happen. I was told the material would be delivered the next day, but it didn't show up for a week. Afterwards the crew actually put my roof on in the rain and used a tarp when they left that day. Then I experienced a leak and was told that it wasnt the roofers fault and she would message me with someone to repair the roof and of course I never heard from Jaynie . Not a very good company to deal with .

(TLDR BELOW) The Initial roof job was fantastic, the guys showed up early and worked 14 hours and almost completed it in one day! Came back out the next morning and finished up and the roof looks great, the outside clean up was great, however they replaced my skylight that DIDN'T need replacing and when they did this I heard them yell No Beuno and it sounded like there was a crash in my bathroom. I was home in bed sick and I wasn't dressed so I was nervous to look because if I could hear them talking like they were in my bathroom, I was afraid they could see me. I called my husband, told him what happened and he convinced me to look. There was roofing materials on my counter tops and floor and the skylight now had wood showing all the way around it and the dry wall had been ripped away! Here's when I start getting annoyed: A guy named Matt came out to get the initial check, we showed him the problem and my husband told him how he wanted it fixed, the guy said he would do it a different way and he'd call to set up an appointment. We don't hear from him for a couple weeks and then he calls asking to come out the next day (today) and my husband says no, tomorrow doesn't work and Matt throws out a few more days but asks to pick up the check for final payment tomorrow anyways, my husband says he wants the job completed before paying the rest and so Matt says how about I come by tomorrow at 930 am. My husband works 3rd shift and had already said no but gave in anyway and told him to call when he was on his way. Here's when I got ******!: He doesn't call on his way, he knocks and rings the doorbell but we were asleep, my husband for only 2 hours and I guess sat outside for 5 minutes. Matt calls at 9:36 and says he's in our driveway and my husband says give us 5 minutes, we get dressed, put our very territorial cat up (you know things we were going to do BEFORE he got here and why we asked him to call on the way) and opened the front door. My husband sees the ladder on the porch and carries it up and Matt is chilling in his truck. We go to the kitchen to get breakfast and be out of the way and after about 15 minutes we're wondering when he's coming in and look outside and he's GONE! My husband assumed he was getting breakfast or something himself and would be right back. After a little while longer my husband calls him and gets his voicemail. Matt doesn't even have the decency to call back, he texts "we had a 9:30 appointment, I waited outside for 20 minutes and it rain out, I've got other appointments today" We're like, it's not raining?! As of writing this its been 2 hrs since we were woken up and we spoke to the owner (I think) and he said he'd call us back but my husband said at this point we don't even want to deal with Matt anymore so idk what's going to happen next but I'll update this if possible. TLDR; Matt left us hanging on fixing our skylight until he wanted the final check, came on a day we didn't want him to, didn't call on his way, woke us up for nothing, left WITHOUT TELLING US, left his ladder on our porch, didn't even answer his phone or call us back, and the ceiling around our skylight is still trashed because of the company HE works for and he said he'd fix in a way different from how my husband even wanted him to! Moral of the story is the day laborers are good but be sure if they are/aren't supposed to be replacing something before you have an issue and get someone other than Matt to help you if there is an issue!

Roof has developed several leaks since installation. Seems roof was not correctly installed. BCR has responded to house 4 time in 1 year to fix leaks and repair interior damage from leaks.

Everyone I worked with at BCR was extremely professional. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would, and kept me informed as to where we were with insurance, etc. As far as the installation, I was amazed at how smoothly it went, and how clean my yard was when they were finished. Pre and post-roof follow up and communication has been excellent as we chase down final insurance check. Would strongly recommend BCR to anyone, they seem very organized, knowledgeable and professional.
Description of Work: Had hail and wind damage on my 13 year-old roof. They took a look and said that insurance would almost certainly cover a new roof with the damage I had, which they did (less the deductible, of course). BCR put on a new roof.

Didn't go well at all. Stated in the contract that gutter helmet was to be removed, drip edge to be installed and ice guard to be installed. We were assured that they remove gutter helmets all the time. When they started installing the roof my husband noticed they were not removing the gutter helmet. The foreman of the crew stated that he did not know how to remove the gutter helmet and would not remove It and continued installing the roof without removing the gutter helmet. The drip edge and ice guard were not installed either. We were told there were approximately 10 or 12 pictures that were taken during the installation of our roof. We received 3. The salesman was called regarding the gutter helmet. He called the owner of the labor company and was told they do not know how to remove it and would not be removing it. The salesman then completely turned around and said "I guess they know what they're doing." Since this fiasco, they continually ask for their money knowing it he roof installation is unacceptable to us. We have no intention of paying them until the issues are resolved to our satisfaction. We had Gutter Helmet come out and look at the system. We were told that they nailed into the Gutter Helmet which voids our warranty. Also Gutter Helmet was dented all around the house which affects its functionality.
Description of Work: Roof was supposed to be installed in the summer but after months of delays was finally scheduled for November 2, 2015. Shingles were delivered on November 2, 2015 but labor didn't show up until November 4, 2015. This was to be paid for by the insurance company. Company wanted some money up front but told them they would be paid when job was completed.

They did good. The person that was here made some promises to my wife about referrals and they would give a fee for it. They never followed through with it. We provided three different names to him. Their professionalism was excellent. They inspected my property and didn't stop looking around. They cleaned up after themselves. He inspected my roof and said it needed to be changed so he contacted my insurance company. Quality was good. I would use them in the future.

High pressure sales. They want you to sign a contract to agree that they do the work before know what work needs to be done and before knowing what level of service/materials they will use. If you don't they trap you with a $1000 default clause. I can't comment on Price or Quality since they have not provided a written work agreement. The C rating is due to their sales tactics which fosters a lack of trust. As a tip: Do not sign anything and do not allow them do the work until I know what they will provide in writing. They are out of state. Some of Claims reps are freshly hired to handle the storm damages, with little or no roofing experience. Their crews are freshly hired sub contractors.
Description of Work: No work performed due to claim denied.
