This company is a scam, beware. Pay yourself the payment you will be money ahead when they can't fix the appliance they won't honor the replacement agreement .

They installed a new light fan lamp in kitchen. We selected our own design from Loews and they personally delivered it and electrician installed it. Very nicely done. Just make sure all purchase order numbers are given to Loews or whom ever you order your replacement item is sent to correct location. They did an excellent job installing fan.
