I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. Suppose to seed front lawn with KY fescue; some other type of rye grass grew; no fescue. To their disadvantage, much of the straw and seed was displaced by a high wind weekend. Still, for $5,000 we acquired little value."
