"Chuck answered the Angi-request very promptly, which was great. He had very fast availability choices, which was also great. He arrived quickly as promised, and gave text notice when he was on his way, also great. He got the window unstuck quickly, after I had tried many times to do it myself. I had thought that it would have to be rehung, perhaps, which I would think would have to be scheduled for another time/date/ substantially higher cost, but that wasn't necessary. His charge was very fair, although he didn't need to be at our house very long at all. That is, we don't see it as paying him for the short time it took him at our house to fix the problem. Rather, we were glad to be paying him for fixing the problem, doing it rapidly, saving us the ?3-4x cost/time/scheduling of rehanging the window, his knowledge/ expertise/ experience with these sorts of things, his drive time, his promptness - all very worth it to us. LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

We purchased our current home in 2018 as the second owners and almost immediately added a Sunsetter ® Motorized Awning for shade. That was a start; however, it didn’t protect us from the bugs, and we wanted it to be taller with a ceiling fan large enough to keep us cool. So, in the middle of last year, my wife Diana started looking at contractors that could cover and screen in a small (10’ X 16’) back deck. We planned to relocate the motorized awning to the concrete patio that was adjacent to the back deck (so we didn’t waste the awning!). My wife, Diana, chose DDR. The Managing Partner, Jesse Haffley, came to see what we wanted and, on the spot, based on the decisions that he led us through, was able to give us a fixed price quote.
