Putting new tiles in one bathroom including complete replacing the structure was accomplished so well to perfection. The project he just completed was bathroom tile regrouting and fixing. "The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. "The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. "Improveit installed a window and now the wall is wet and makes water bubbles and Improveit takes months to respond to leaks which has caused damage to wall structure. They only respond to threats and have came out at least 5 times and still call to make repairs and i dont believe they have the skill necessary to repair or they would have completed it by now. Beware of this company. gutter repair or replacement no roof estimate was given since the roof was fairly new and in good condition. I reluctantly called a roof company to inspect roof and specifically the area above and around the window and again the roof is in good condition. Exhausted dealing with Improveit when they refuse to improve anything and have cau"
