The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service.

Dan the sales person was very professional and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process extremely easy. The windows are great and I can tell they are making a huge difference in out heating. The installers were also very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this company!!!!

Their sales staff, the manager, did not explain the product very well. When they messed up the measurements, they did not take responsibility.

We just met with Dan today. He patiently worked with us and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to our patio work done

This is the third time I have used Champion Window but the first time Ive used them in about 8 or 9 years. I cant tell you how badly theyve gone downhill. Not just one thing either- quality of installation, communication, timeliness, customer service, friendliness, etc have all vanished from this company. It started with the high pressure sales pitch and the salesman started writing the contract before I even agreed to order windows. Their price is SUPER high. Then at installation they barely put any foam insulation in and far less insulation than what was taken out. When I asked them to add more the installer (who had told me he was their best) got a complete attitude with me.I had to watch every window go in to make sure they wouldnt be drafty and cold due to their lack of insulation. The installer was such a jerk and he wouldnt talk to me the rest of the install and then sent one of his workers in to have me sign the docs. One window was wrong when it arrived (was supposed to be rain glass, not privacy glass) and one window wouldnt close or lock. This was in October of 2020. They went ahead and installed the wrong glass and said they would get the rain glass and get it changed out in a couple weeks. After a month and no communication I called every couple weeks asking where our correct glass was. No communication and just told me theyd check on it. The glass didnt end up being installed until 6 months later (April 2021). I asked for a discount due to the trouble and their obvious mistake and a ton of hassle to continuously stay on them to get it 6 months later and they refused. They said theyd drop me off a couple bottles of their window cleaner and now we are 6 weeks later and didnt even get that lol. This company is not professional and has gone downhill fast. I love supporting local businesses but I will never use this company again, wouldnt even make good on their huge mistakes and I never once got an apology. Stay far, far away people.

They were really great to work with. They answered every question we had and were able to install weeks ahead of schedule.

Totally over priced . Price Gouging. Wouldn?t work with us on the price , they were 3000$ more than my other two estimates

The house looks brand new! The crew was very polite and courteous. They went the extra mile! They called when they were coming and showed up at that time.

Showed great knowledge of his product AND he looks and dresses the part of being a good salesperson!

Called about adding a simple 3 wall sunroom to existing deck which was already roofed in. Salesman told us we would need to probably just add another board or two under to bolster the existing and I could do it myself or have them do it for additional small fee. Paid 3500 deposit - FIRST MISTAKE. Don't pay for the deposit until they come and measure and give you an itemized cost of reinforcement. After they measured I called and asked for quote on reinforcing as I did not have time. from start of giving them deposit until I had to call 3 times to get the quote, was almost 12 weeks. THEN I get a 4k cost to reinforce an existing deck which is incredibly sturdy. So... my bad for signing the contract, but their salesmanship downplaying cost and then a reinforcement package which is almost half the cost of the sunroom... and no communication during that time... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THEM - HIRE A LOCAL CONTRACTOR INSTEAD. Overpromise, underdeliver, hidden fees, and lack of communication .

The whole project from signing contract to finished 3 Season Room took about 8 months. Much longer than the 8 - 10 weeks estimated on the contract. Actual workers time was less than a week. But I did come in on the end of a big sale and I guess the work crews were over whelmed. Great job - great room - they are an excellent company.

WISH I HAD LISTENED TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE BUT I THOUGHT MY EXPERIENCE WOULD BE BETTER. WRONG. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO.

Be ready for a hard sell when they come out. They did a great job and were easy to work with

After their window made a mess of my window install, they sent the same person out to correct mistakes and he was not happy to come out here and fix his poor workmanship.

This was a complete fiasco. After partially siding the house, the installer forged my name on the release form and they paid him off with my credit line without checking on the work. After a few weeks I called the company asking when they would finish and they informed me it was finished! Finally they sent out a quality team that had to replace the shoddy work done by the first installer and finish the project. The final installation is stunning but the company would only take $1000 off the price of a $29000 job as compensation for 4 months of turmoil and having someone forge my name on the documents. I still haven’t signed a release form. I guess it has been forged also. Very disappointed in Home Advisor and would never recommend Champion to anyone! I will also contact the BBB .
