"They did a great job on my floors! They were timely and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Everything was put back in its place. The price was excellent and the quality was great.The one complaint is this company only accepts cash or check and I did not know that in advance. My fault for not asking but I just assumed a debit or credit card would be OK. A little bit of a hassle getting to the bank to get cash after they finished the job but they were very patient with me and did not complain that it took a few minutes to get their money."

"Hired Moakler Services to replace a deck, 170 square feet. Asked for a vertical skirt but he, Matt, said a horizontal skirt would be better to keep the squirrels out. I sad OK. Upon â completion of deck there were gasps under the skirt. Matt solution was to put bricks, that he got from my yard, in the holes. Not professional. After going back and forth for a solution, two weeks later we finally came up with a solution to fill the holes with dirt and seed the spots. Now, three months later, the deck railing in the corner is separating. I called/texted Mr Moakler constantly for the past three weeks and have not heard from him. I wish there was a way I could share my pictures of this shoddy work but I do not see how I can."
