+ -1 moreWe love our deck and screened porch. Everyone who sees it says it is one of the most beautiful they have ever seen. Jeff is a consummate professional and exceptional builder. We enjoyed every minute of working with him, and we have used our porch every day since it was built. Highly recommend American Deck & Sunroom.

+ 0 moreJim is a master at his trade as well as an excellent designer. We asked him to design the best deck possible, and he did. We refined it a bit and he built exactly what we wanted. Even added a couple of nice touches to improve our deck. We love it and use it all the time. The screened in room was the biggest improvement from what we had. People always comment on our room. We entertain there all the time!

+ -1 moreYou mean there are other deck companies around??? If you are looking for a plain square deck or sunroom, do not call American Deck & Sunroom! Jim Topolski has one of the most creative minds we’ve ever experienced! We first used Jim when a storm took out our a portion of our deck. What a blessing! Our “ho hum” deck became a show stopper. Next we screened in a porch with Jim. Last year we added on to that screen room and basically told him to “do whatever he wanted”, within budget of course! It is amazing! He did things we never even imagined! This year he took out our old 30 year deck and replaced it with TREX. Need I say more?

Description of Work: We had a deck built around our above ground pool. Jim says "his" crews but they are actually sub contractors if that makes a difference to you. Where we live a permit was needed and they actually started the job prior to the permit being approved which upset the inspector and he said they would have to pay a small fine. It also slowed down the work. The crew was wonderful and very hard working. It was basically a two person crew and (Frank and Jennifer) did a great job and delivered a quality deck. I don't know about his other workers but Frank and Jen will be who I request if we have more work done. There were a few small hiccups in the process but nothing ever goes exactly as planned. We will enjoy this beautiful pool deck for years to come!
