"They did some work for my neighbors. They drove right through the edge of my yard that I had freshly planted grass seed on told them to not do it again on their way out they did it again. They didn't care they ruined the whole edge of my yard ( 2 acres )"

"They did not obtain a permit for my job because as I now know they intended to deceive me from the start. They used an inexperienced crew and every aspect of their work was defective, right down to the nailing. Unfortunately I did not realize how much was wrong with their work until after I'd paid most of the money. I had to pay others to correct what could be corrected of their work -- none of the outdoor lights worked and improper holes were cut for all of them; painter corrected what he could of the nailing; painter caulked (the only places Burwell caulked was where they needed to hide errors); roofer replaced guttering; I applied expanding foam to large gaps left between side of the house and the siding; and so on. Other problems can't be fixed without replacement."
