Description of Work: They removed tile in bathroom, repaired the floor, laid a subfloor and new tile. |I originally got a bid Jan. 21st, 2016. I didn't hear from them for about 1 month. I e-mailed them several times and got a response when I did. Just couldn't get them back for several months to actually do the work. Did a great job and only 2 days. The communication was the only thing that I thought was tough. If they were busy, I wished they would have said we can't get to this for 3 months instead.

Description of Work: Nothing !!! That's the issue. We were looking at doing some remodeling inside and outside our home and expanding an existing room as well. A rep. came out two different times to take measurements for a bid and that was the last we heard of him. We called his cell phone numerous times and as usual it would always go straight to voice mail. We called the office and left messages for him but that didn't work either. No one ever did make contact with us about any of this.

They said "tomorrow early will have someone on site", I really appreciate the helpful service and quick response time. .Young lady on phone was very kind and helpful, her empathy was much appreciated as I was in a bad spot time wise. Description of Work: I used Klein Construction to redo one of my rental houses after a fire. They tore the sheetrock out in the living room, refinished the hardwood floors and tore out and replaced the kitchen cabinets.

Description of Work: We hired Klein Construction to totally renovate my parents home inside and out. They came out and we spent an entire afternoon going over every inch of their home. We had two garage doors removed and a new one put in with a beam to support attic above garage, siding, guttering, gables, four layers of wallpaper removed from 1900 sq. feet, an entire kitchen gutted as well as 2 1/2 bathrooms. Carpet ripped up and wood floors refinished. New tiling in mud room, sunroom, bathrooms, and concrete poured to level mudroom. They even put in a wood floor in kitchen to match dining room wood floor perfectly. They have the best carpenter in town, Marty, who completely made us a new fireplace with bookshelves. All new cabinets installed in kitchen, granite counter tops, a mudroom completely reconstructed from cement to cabinets. All new plumbing and electrical work. New carpeting laid in the bedrooms. The front porch was resealed also. Finally all rooms were painted to our specifications. I understood from the beginning that some work would be subcontracted out for different areas. The house was empty, but I was completely at ease with the people they had doing the work. My point is to let you know as a consumer and potential customer, is that they stand behind all their work, 100%! The painter gave me the wrong color number for the living room. I wanted to touch up, a year later, some skiffs. I went to do this and it was wrong color. Klein came out and re-painted the entire room. This is what they mean by standing behind their work. Arnie, Jake, and all the secretarial staff couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They oversee all work, and come out and answer any questions or concerns. It is their goal to do a job right the first time. They have a beautiful showroom and so many choices to choose from. They will oversee the complete job from start to finish and they are available when you need them.

Description of Work: THIS WORK WAS PREFORMED AS A RESULT OF A FIRE AT ONE OF OUR RENTALS. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I'VE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO USE THEM. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST EXTENSIVE DAMAGE WE HAVE HAD. THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD WHAT WORK THEY FELT WAS NEEDED AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO SAVE MONEY AND STILL HAVE A GOOD OUTCOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE WOULD USE AGAIN IF I FIND MYSELF IN THAT POSITION AGAIN. NEW SHEETROCK, NEW CABINETS, NEW FURNACE, PARTIAL NEW FLOORING, NEW 3/4 BATH, SOME NEW WINDOWS, SOME NEW GLASS, NEW INSULATION, ENTIRE HOUSE REPAINTED. NO WORK WAS NEEDED ON THE EXTERIOR.

Description of Work: They came out to do work in a home for me after a fire. They took all the old sheet rock out. They installed new insulation and sheetrock. They did the counters and other things.

Description of Work: I hired them to replace the ceiling in my basement. They came and provided a quote and I agreed to the work. We scheduled a time for them to start the work. After rescheduling three times, they told me that they can't do the job directly. They said they would sub-contract the work at the same price. They sent someone else out to take measurements again and we scheduled a new start date. Klein called and said they couldn't do the work at the same price because of the cost of the tiles. I checked the prices myself and that would not affect the price of the work. I explained that to them and they said it was for the staples to install the tiles, and then it was for the cost of labor and cleanup. I told them that because of the increase in the price, I would need to think about it. They called me back and reduced the price and I agreed to the new cost. Again, we scheduled another date for them to start and that came and went. I waited a week and finally called them and they said that they would be here the next week. I have had to reschedule doctor appointments because I am not sure what day they will start.

Description of Work: Had a laundry room remodeled. It included drywall removal &repair, floor removal and new installation, all new trim, all new paint. It also needed some entry door repair and threshold repair.

Description of Work: Replaced gutter all around home and garage. Installed all new siding for both home and garage.
