"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

Being a consumer we don't know the names of these windows & the windows we got are more drafty than what they took out. We've had service out several times & said everything is good just not insulated. When we contacted sales Lisa sent us a nasty response saying this is what you got & I will not be responding to any other emails or phone calls. I've called Corporate several times & no help, they just keep sending service out."

"Repeated months long delays. Little to no communication when work was going to begin, despite calls, messages, and texts from us. Over the months it took to complete the work, most days we weren’t kept informed if workers would be there or not. More than once we were told not to expect workers, only to have them show up or told to expect workers and no one showed up. They left 3-4” wide gaps between the stone and the windows. They reconnected electrical using siding tape instead of electrical tape, used the wrong size flashing behind the lights, looks terrible. They sent someone to make repairs, they didn’t repair everything. After they completed the window install, we noticed one window not done. They said someone forgot to order it. No one ordered it during the week long install, we had to call the salesman to get this ordered and months later it was installed. We had miscommunication paying the last 5%, on both sides. After mailing a check, they said they never received it, they said a salesman would come by. That was three weeks ago. Today they reminded me to mail the check or they could send a salesman, as if all of our previous conversations never occurred. Very frustrating process over nearly a year to get windows and siding installed."
