Window Nation Indianapolis

We were told we were getting insulated windows (Addison Plus) but got Addison Lite which is a lower grade of windows. Being a consumer we don't know the names of these windows & the windows we got are more drafty than what they took out. We've had service out several times & said everything is good just not insulated. When we contacted sales Lisa sent us a nasty response saying this is what you got & I will not be responding to any other emails or phone calls. I've called Corporate several times & no help, they just keep sending service out.

Today is March 8. My windows were installed January 5-6, 2022. The installers broke one of the windows. Fine, accidents happen. They installed the broken one anyway (only one of the double panes was broken), strapped it with blue tape, and assured me that it would be replaced ASAP. A week or so later, WindowNation called me and we scheduled the new install on February 23. On February 21, I got a voicemail from Jessica saying that they had to cancel the install because of an issue with the service tech and that "somebody will reach out to reschedule". Again, not thrilled, but things happen. What finally lost my respect is that no one from WindowNation has contacted me since that voicemail. I have called customer service twice and each time, they told me they left a message with the local (Indianapolis) service coordinator and assured me that I would be called back. No one has contacted me. Finally I called I have had an ugly, blue-taped broken window for two months now and my neighbors have been asking about it. I tell them the honest truth- that WindowNation installed it on January 6, cancelled the appointment to fix it, and aren't returning my calls. I don't know what recourse I have left. I shouldn't have paid them until they replaced the broken window!

The crew started at about 9am and left by 4pm, all 13 windows installed and the job finished.

Job was a month early which is good. Could have had a better install but others came out to fix minor issues.

Everything went well. The installers were a month earlier than previously estimated, answered all my question, and were friendly.

Went great and windows are looking brand new again

Started badly because installers showed up, claimed I wasn't at home (I was), and left. So had to book installation for a week later. Installation went well, and the product is excellent - which is the most important thing. But as for any after-sales service, forget it. They didn't tell me that had ordered full-window screens, so I contacted them to order some half-window replacement screens, and it has been near-impossible to get a response. The "project manager" (Bernadette) is never in and never responds to messages, and you can only reach the local "sales manager" (Steve) via an 866 phone number in Maryland. (You leave him a message, he maybe calls you back.) I need to order more windows, and have told them so, but have also told them it is dependent on them fixing the screen problem. Do they want any business? Or are they happy just to take your money for the first installation and then forget you? Looks like the latter.

Adrian and Enrique were friendly and very courteous. They wore shoe covers in the home and were great about cleaning up with a vacuum after they were done with the inside part of the install. Adrian walked around the entire house with me at the end to make sure I was happy with the final product. We found that the patio door was not latching easily so he took care to correct the door and was patient as I learned to correctly close the new door as it was much tighter than my old door due to great quality. I would have them both back again! Dominick was a great salesman. He explained all of the features and quality of the windows. He checked in to make sure I didn't have any other questions while the order was being placed. I received emails to update on the status when the custom windows were being made. Great customer service!

Wow! Best service and install I have ever experienced. Windows Nation and Hamaad are top notch and and goes above and beyond for their customers. You can see from my pics, I had a big project of two double doors with frame in the middle. WN made a custom size door and it was exactly what I wanted. The quality of this door is second to noon. I can without a doubt recommend Window Nation.

Install went seamless and all concerns were communicated along the way. Clean up was also appreciated around the house after install. Appreciative to our salesmen, Dominick, who came and all the information that was received about the timing of install and the time line of when things would be completed. Lakeita F. was also prompt in following up with our warranty information and to our satisfaction with the services that were provided.

Excellent service from sales through to installation. Jeryl our sales guy was fantastic to work with and was very responsive as well as pleasant through the whole process. Ruben wand his partner did a great job installing the windows and they turned out perfect!!

We were told by the salesman, Christian, that they could match the color of our existing windows. They do not, they are lighter and the door is almost white. They sent someone out to look at the color and we were told they would fade to match over time. they are already lighter and can't fade darker. I spoke to Christian and he was no help. I sent an email to Kirk Brown and did not get a response. I also sent an email to Harley Magden but did not hear back from him either. I did receive a gift card from Window Nation for Window Nation but I won't be using that. Overall we are really dissatisfied with the customer service and would not hire them again.

Good. Windows look good. Interior caulking is good. Exterior caulking is messy and has holes in it.

The install was fine. I am not please with the windows them selves. While the quality seems ok. The actual glass part of the window is considerably smaller that smaller than my old windows. I lost 6" of glass height on some and 4" of glass on others. Fist the new windows Frames are huge and second even though there were multiple measurements the new windows started off being way smaller with big gaps at the top, bottom and sides. I also had a bad screen at install and Window Nation refuses to replace it. Sending me to the screen manufacturer instead even though the screen was bad at install.

Windows are great. Install was great. We bought a second time. The problem we had was their first flex screens (from another company) that came with their windows have a lifetime warranty and 1 of the screens had holes. It took me from Sept. 2020 to 1/22/21 to get my replacement. I even changed my second set of windiws to their regular screens due to being ignored by the flex screen company and no help from Windows Nation (until “Christopher”). So I now have two different types of screens. Stick with their original screens no matter how great an idea the flex screens appear as their warranty is only good if they honor it. I was told by many from Windows Nation that they will take care of it but it never came and Windows Nation just would not help. It wasn’t until I contacted my “salesman, Christopher”, that I finally got my screen in 9 days! If you deal with this company (who does in fact make great windows) make sure it is “Christopher” you ask for! Otherwise no matter how good the windiws are the customer service, “other than Christopher”, stinks. I still would not have my screen without him! Thank you “Christopher”. “You are the best!” Even though the flex screens were made by a different company, he got the job done!!!!

Everything went smoothly. The installers were very professional and cleaned up promptly after every window installed. One of the outer window trim had some visible scratches that I didn't care for, so I asked for that one particular piece to be replaced. At first, the installer was reluctant but proceeded to do so as asked. We are very satisfied with the new windows!

I wanted to give an update on my review. We received a visit from Lynne to check out how the installation went. Lynne was awesome and listened to our concerns. After speaking with her on the customer service issues we had I received a call from Bernadette manager of customer relations. She was sincerely concerned and apologetic with our concerns and has corrected the situation. She was a pleasure to speak with and we will use them again in the future.
