Billy came over within a couple days and did a wonderful job! So personable and knowledgeable! We now have a list of things for them to do including adding a new electrical line for our stove! "Randy is a nice guy. He was on-time and completed the work quickly. I had power run from my house to my detached garage and also had some LED lights installed inside the garage and a motion light on the exterior. The placement of the lights was perfect. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I was not a huge fan of the finish work where the connection was made from the house or through the garage but everything is working correctly, and we have power. I would definitely use him again but would probably discuss in more detail exactly how things will be done before having him start the work."

"In December, 2021, I had a number of lights which started to go off and on randomly over a 24 hour period. Some switches were dimmers, and some lights were controlled by one, two, or three switches. It was almost as if a ghost were having fun. Explaining this and trying to get someone to help wasnâ  t easy. I finally identified which switches belonged together (little yellow tags) and cross referenced them on a single sheet of paper. I called Allen Home Services and one of the electricians came out. Scott took over an hour to do a no charge assessment and estimate including taking almost all the malfunctioning switches apart to make sure he was able to order the correct replacements. Due to supply chain issues, the switches didnâ  t arrive till the latter part of Jan, 2022. Shortly thereafter Scott arrived with 17 new switches. The final set of three were replaced the last of February (Haden). Allen receptionists were always polite and followed up on requests. The electricians were professional in appearance, attitude and service. In addition, they were polite and arrived at the arranged times with all the necessary tools. Cleanup was well done. And they guarantee their work: After the switches were installed, one interfered with a non-new switch and the electrician came out to move it (no charge). Am I pleased with Allenâ  s work? Yes, happiness is NOT having lights go on at 3 AM"

"it took total of 3 weeks to get my mower back after we was told 1 week paid total of 320 even tho we only needed a belt replaced he convinced my husband to allow him to sharpen the blade give it tune up and oil change which came out to 320 when he return our mower it ran for 10 minutes and it stopped Daniel was still in the area we tried to reach him right away so he could return phone went straight to vm 3 weeks later we were able to reach him not only did he tell my husband all the problems our mower had he declined to pick it back up so i s***** the phone from my husband and i asked Daniel what was his policy on repair service he went all around the question so i informed him he is to either give us a refund or finish the repairs on our mower he gracefully declined i then inform him i will be taking him to small claims court he then agreed to pick the mower back up and he has by Wednesday to do so."
