Indy Mower Repair

it took total of 3 weeks to get my mower back after we was told 1 week paid total of 320 even tho we only needed a belt replaced he convinced my husband to allow him to sharpen the blade give it tune up and oil change which came out to 320 when he return our mower it ran for 10 minutes and it stopped Daniel was still in the area we tried to reach him right away so he could return phone went straight to vm 3 weeks later we were able to reach him not only did he tell my husband all the problems our mower had he declined to pick it back up so i s***** the phone from my husband and i asked Daniel what was his policy on repair service he went all around the question so i informed him he is to either give us a refund or finish the repairs on our mower he gracefully declined i then inform him i will be taking him to small claims court he then agreed to pick the mower back up and he has by Wednesday to do so.

Daniel came to our home immediately to pick up the snowblower asked for a check (Februrary of 2021) and told me he would have it back to me soon. It is almost June and I do not have my snowblower back. We have spoken with his wife several times and have left several messages and can not get anyone to call us back. The snow blower is barely used and we have paid him for a service. I have never seen anyone have the ratings they have with service this bad. I do not recommend and will likely need to take legal action if things do not get resolved in the near future.

Tuneup seemed fine. After two mows, mower suddenly stopped. I have not been able to get it to start again. I also have not been able to recontact Indy Mower Repair. I left one message to ask for a call back, which they have not called back, and every time since then, their mailbox is full and not accepting messages

Service went great as always. Does a great job and comes to you. Has the truck setup to fully tune-up lawnmower and sharpen blade. I have used for 5 years now and will continue to do so.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about my newer self-propelled mower as well as my older riding lawn mower. As he was working, he took the time to explain what he was looking for, what (if anything) he found and what he was doing to correct any issues. He also explained things I could do myself at the end of each lawnmowing season that would keep my mowers running well and help save money. Knowledgeable, honest, laid back and friendly. Will definitely hire Indy Mower Repair again!

Daniel should up promptly and repaired my Mower. I was pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend his services. It is very helpful that his service is mobile.

After three years of Daniel doing my repairs and annual tuneups I can verify that he is prompt, reasonably priced, expert and fair. I give him my highest recommendation.

Stayed home for lawn mower service and apparently they guy showed up and called from the driveway, rather than coming to the door (although my neighbors did not see anyone pull up). I got his message when I got off the phone, and went outside, but no one was there. Then I tried to call him at the number he provided, but his "voicemail was full". Waste of time, will not rehire.

So convenient...and affordable! Dan came to my home with his truck and trailer - saving me time and the hassle of transporting my mower to a repair shop. He completed a tune-up (sharpened blades, replaced the spark plug, oil, air filter) and checked all components and the overall function of my push mower in less than an hour. He was prompt and professional. I recommend Indy Mower Repair.

Daniel came out, worked on my mower for well over 1 1/2 hours. Runs like new! I appreciate that he takes pride in his work!

It was ok, they were by far one of the most affordable for Riding Mower tune ups. Communication was a bit of struggle, kept missing each other. In addition to getting the mower tuned up i wanted to get my weed-eater and chainsaw tuned up. I told the scheduling person this and they said that fine just leave everything out and I'll let the tech know. My wife works from home, they were supposed to call me before they showed up, they did not call at all and they were 20-30 min late. On top of that the tech guy asked my wife whats wrong with all of these other tools? Obviously she didnt know and i couldn't be reached due to being tied up at work. So he only did a tune up on our riding mower and didn't touch anything else then left. Not the most professional experience but it was also much cheaper than most others so they have that going for them.

Appt. set up promptly, encountered problem while servicing,so it took longer..We had a problem with first time we used mower,so called him back and wife was very reticent to book him to come back. My son came over and we took the rider to a mower repair shop and had it fixed..Works fine now...Unfortunatly I won't be calling them back again !!
