I sent a message through My Chart on a Sunday evening to 3-4 electricians, hoping for a Monday morning response, but I got a response 30 minutes later with an offer to be at my house on Monday morning! They identified the problem and fixed it all within 1 hour. The customer service from beginning to end was outstanding.

+ -1 moreAfter calling at 830 am and explaining that I needed this work done ASAP due to concerns of algae build up in my pool with no power to the pump and motor, I was promised a call back "when I get back to the shop". Never got a call back, went with another company via Angie's List who actually listened and understood my immediate need for service and who was at my house that afternoon and back to do the install the next business day.
