After the quotation process, I turned other vendors away and then waited for him to fulfill the offer. Not only was I stood up with visits to my home twice after, but the last 3 times I have tried connecting with him (May 17, May 24, June 3) all went without response. If a job can not be managed, just say it. Do not lead people on."
