They installed new gutters on my pole garage. It was a very nice quality product, and they had great knowledge of what was needed for my specific installation. They were also the only ones quoting who could match my trim color.

We are a repeat customer and cannot say enough good about the Clemens Team and work ethic, professionalism, promptness, standing behind their work, respectfulness, and knowledge. Landon and Louis installed guttering and Leaf filters on a detached garage this job and worked in the rain part of the time. They were quick, thorough, and informed us of a potential roof issue that needs to be addressed. We were not aware of the issue prior but will be contacting Clemens to quote that job next!!! This particular job, they installed their "Leaf-X" gutter guards. (which, in my opinion, happens to be the best on the market.) I have used Clemens Home Solutions as far back as 16-years ago, and other than growing larger in size, they are the exact same outstanding contractors they were back then. I was so impressed with the caliber of their workers, the high-quality of their skilled workmanship, always looking and acting professional, right down to their work ethics. I even had them work on my mom's house, and several close friends homes as well.. (They all had the exact same experience I did, very pleased with the work. They furnish more than hammers with a heartbeat, they provide you with True, Hard-Working, Skilled Professionals, these people are extremely SAFETY-FIRST oriented, which should be important for anyone working on your property, and potentially around your family or pets as well. I cannot commend them enough on their commitment on not just doing the best possible job, but also for living their commitment every day, big or small, easy or hard. It was a true privilege having them on our property, working on our home, and becoming a general contractor that we can trust and share with our family and friends. We got an estimate from Clemons Home Solutions a year or so ago for a new outside door and a new flat roof on a porch. The entire experience was great, from initial visit to completion of the jobs. This year, when we decided new windows were necessary, we called Clemons again because our first experience with them was so great. They followed through on all promises. We felt the price was right and after seeing all the extra they do on their windows, we were getting more for our money than we would have anywhere else. Their workmen were friendly, courteous, very conscious of protecting our floors, plants outside and doing the best job possible for us. We have no doubt about calling them again for future home improvement needs.

After signing the statement of work and making the downpayment for new gutters and gutter guards, I received a text from the PM regarding the status of the job (i.e., scheduling, expected date that the materials would be received at the Clemens warehouse, and their QC of materials). The PM, Rick, kept me updated on the receipt of materials and anticipated start date of the job, which I found very helpful. About 5 days prior to the start of installing the gutters, I was notified and asked if that was a good date for me (I was impressed that they asked if it was a good date for me). The installation group, led by Austin, were on-time, had an efficient set-up, and wasted no time in removing the old gutters and installing the new ones. I went out late morning to see what was going on and I was impressed. The work area was neat, all flowers and bushes that they had to work around looked untouched, and they had a majority of the gutters up which was no small feat since two gutters run the entire expanse of the house (probably > 60 feet) and they looked perfect! They even wiped the gutters on the outside when they were completed. When they were done Austin asked me if I was satisfied with their work and provided information about their warranty. Great team leader and awesome crew - extremely efficient. So glad we chose Clemens (picked them based on their fair price and phenomenal reviews). The finished job looks amazing. Had no idea that new gutters would make that big a deal with the appearance of one's home but they sure do! I will definitely consider using Clemens Home Solutions for any future prrojects.

We had our gutters replaced and working with Clemens was a pleasure. From the quote process to keeping us updated on installation dates - they were great. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

My wife and I want to THANK everyone at Clemens Home Solutions for doing a FABULOUS job on our new roof, gutters and fascia/soffits. Josh, the estimator, was incredible and was the only estimator (out of 3) that found significant structural issues in the roof support structure. If he hadn’t had a keen eye for detail, we would have had severe issues either now, or in the not too distant future. Nathan and Abel’s crew was amazing and did an awesome job with the roof tear down and installation. They spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up afterwards and ensuring there was almost no debris left behind. Mike and Danny's crew did a great job on the fascia and soffits. Ivan and Sam followed up with the gorgeous black gutters. We can’t say enough about Macee in Customer Care - who is the reason we heard about Clemens - she was on top of things start to finish. Clemens’ Crew stayed in touch throughout the process and kept us informed of materials ordered, schedule changes due to inclement weather and projected completion timeline. I had one minor issue and that was with an added dryer vent. Nathan was out the next business day and fixed it, no questions asked. Across the board, everyone at CLEMENS was laser-focused on CUTOMER CARE - a valuable commodity, often lacking, in this day and age. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the workmanship and professionalism of Clemens Home Solutions.

Outstanding quality of work and customer service on my siding and window project! They aren't cheap, but they aren't the most expensive either, and they are far more customer focused, responsive, and professional than the typical contractor. We had a great experience with everyone leading up to the project, from Ethan coming out to give us an estimate, to Rick keeping us regularly updated on the schedule, to Mike coordinating the work. Dany and crew did an outstanding job on the install. It looked great, and they even accommodated a last minute request to install a pet door in our garage wall. They did a thorough clean up when they were done and left the property looking the same as it did when they started. Afterwards, Macee came by to do a customer service check and make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. It's also worth pointing out that their 15-year transferrable warranty covers issues related to quality of work in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on quality of product.

We are once again thrilled with the customer service, professionalism of the crew and work preformed. Quality of product is wonderful. We will be using Clemens AGAIN!

Helpful and kept cleaning up, and the finishing touches were very nice…I’m trying to remember their names to give them a shout out but having trouble….Tad, Conan, and two more but can’t remember!! Everyone from estimates, office,ordering, scheduling, measuring, installation, to follow up after to assure all was done how I liked…I recommend them to any and all .

Ethan and his installation crew are THE BEST! They worked many hours in below freezing temperatures, and were smiling and pleasant! They were efficient, worked hard, and were clearly very knowledgeable. They did not leave trash behin, and my new gutters look amazing! I really didn’t expect gutters, of all things, to look particularly good, but they do! The entire experience has been remarkable! I’ve been kept informed along the way, and every contact has been very helpful and pleasant! I am SO glad I found Clemens!😀👍

The pricing of the materials and work was fair and accurate. We appreciated a follow-up visit by Jordan to verify our satisfaction. I decided to replace my gutters and downspouts of 30 years. After researching contractors on Angi, I chose to talk to Clemens Home Solutions, mostly because of their high ratings and positive reviews. I met with the salesman, Joshua, and we discussed my needs and he measured everything and gave me a price. I decided to use Clemens for this project. I got a direct replacement of the gutters and downspouts matching the number and placement of what I already had. The color I selected was also a good match. I did opt for their LeafX leaf guard system. He told me it would be a few weeks out and it was almost exactly 4 weeks. We set up a time for the guys to come and do their work. They arrived on time and worked for close to 10 hours removing and replacing. They probably would have gotten them all done, but because of some issues with the machine that makes the gutters, they ran out of material. They came back the Monday of the next week and completed the project. I am very happy with the look and the sturdiness of the new gutters. So far it hasn't rained so I can't comment on the efficacy of the leaf guard system in routing the water into the gutters properly. The guys showed up on time and worked hard and cleaned up well after they were done. I would definitely hire Clemens again for future projects.
