"Had Roto rooter come out in November, paid cash to the employee and he wrote down 11-2022 instead of 8-2023 into the warranty system and wrote in we paid $450 which we paid $900 so he stole money and now they won’t warranty are clogged main line now. Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. Never again."

"We had two technicians out over two days. One was for a repair, Daniel. He did a fantastic job troubleshooting and explaining throughout the repair process. As a retired VP of Services, I notice the details and process. They delivered. Louis was sent for a follow-up to service because our fan motor unit needed to be cleaned. All of this was very well documented with pictures and showing me the actual motor unit. Louis did a great job of explaining and showing me the actions and results. It was a service text book delivery of services. Really good... Plus, both technicians worked to save me money with discounts and customer loyalty savings. Fantastic...
