Jim Smith, the owner, stood in my house and promised to make it right, asked for additional payment and went unresponsive, leaving me with thousands of dollars in corrections. Jim Smith is unethical and not capable of managing his people. I spent a lot of money with VIP and didn’t get anything I paid for. Do not use."
