AS ALWAYS, the folks at A&D Hydra Clean did a great job. The depth and breadth of their knowledge and experience always makes them my 'go to' company for almost anything having to do with caring for our home, from carpet cleaning to water mitigation to major renovation jobs. Couple this with their friendliness and professionalism and they have it all. I've said it before in these reviews and I'll say it again: stop scrolling through all these names and just call A&D.

The operations manager was businesslike and pleasant as he assessed work needed, quoted a cost, scheduled project, directed the workers and was responsive to questions and/or concerns. The crews who did the work were on time, diligent, careful and friendly.

They did a fantastic job. The plumber called them and they were actually here within 2 hours which this was about 8pm. Their workers were all very polite, courteous, and wiped their feet all the time coming in and out. They tried to explain to us every step they were going through. Every time they found more mold they kept showing us. I would certainly recommend them.

Within the last 18 months, I have used A&D Hydra Clean for 2 sump pump failures leading to flooding in the home theater space of my basement. Both of those events required water mitigation and a restoration process. I CANNOT say enough positive things about this company. First, the Professionalism by which each and every member of the A&D Hydra Clean team conducts themselves is second to none. I would be more than comfortable allowing any of them to be in my home in my absence any day of the week. Second, the puncutuality. They were ALWAYS on time. Now, I can't say the same for me but when they told me they were going to be there...they were there. Third, the Responsiveness. Joe and Kyle, who are the QB's of the project, were available and engaged in the entire process on a daily basis. Finally, the Quality of work is second to none. If something wasn't right, Joe made sure it was fixed properly. Absolutely amazing. I would hire this company any day of the week. I sarcastically kind of want another water leak because I miss seeing them! If you need water mitigation and restoration, call A&D Hydra Clean.

This was a very complicated issue and A & D arrived within hours of the reported problem to begin the clean-up of water in the basement. They tried to salvage as much as they could but once it was revealed that is was "black" water they went into full restoration mode. Once the project was completed (except for replacing the carpet). We had another water issue--they immediately came back and took care of the minimal damage from the 2nd incident. A & D were very professional, great with communication & dealing with the insurance company. Hopefully, I won't need their services in the future but if I do A & D will be the first call.

A&D stepped in to take on this project when we had to 'fire' the original contractor for a variety of reasons (long story). A&D did the demolition of the old cabinets and coordinated the electrical and plumbing updates, painting, backsplash installation and detail work such as installing a new pantry door. We were installing IKEA cabinets and used a company that does this work for IKEA around the country and the same for countertop fabrication and installation. We had used A&D for water mitigation problems previously and found the company to be reliable, responsive in an emergency, professional, friendly and easy to work with. This was consistently true with the kitchen renovation where there was added complexity with the number of service providers involved. We are starting our next project with A&D in early January with a master bath reno, laundry/utility room repair and installation of new hardwood floors - all being done due to a water leak that A&D handled. A&D has already been involved with this project, providing guidance through the insurance claim process which, through no fault of A&D's, was very frustrating and took months. It's really a relief to have a service provider you can trust.

We were given great information along the way to restoration. The employees were prompt, courteous and efficient. Our Foreman, Joe was in contact with me daily and came most days to keep watch of the progress. We are more than happy with the work performed. I would strongly recommend A&D Hydra Clean!

Great followup. I noticed a piece of tape that had come loose from the furnace cabinet during the duct cleaning, and it was leaking warm air. I called the representative back, and the team returned to my house with a great attitude 10 minutes after already leaving. They patched it with a piece of metal, leaving it even better than when they arrived. Impressed!

The folks from A&D Hyrda were awesome to work with on this problem. We had a foundation leak that caused a good bit of damage in our finished basement. They prompt, knowledgeable and got us squared away. Would definitively use again.

We have used them for 4 years and they have been excellent. We request Steve Spink every time and he does a great job. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tricia and the team pulled together and got my mom's old recliner cleaned, and delivered to hospice in order to get my mom comfortable. They did this the same day that I called with the request. The chair looked brand new. I've been using A & D for over 20 years. I don't always have this urgent of a need but either way, I wouldn't call anyone else. I know I will get first class quality and service when I call A & D Hydraclean.

The team at this firm was very professional and very thorough. In the end, we opted not to have them work on our project, as we felt it was outside of the services they routinely provide. That was not their fault, we just found a firm that more perfectly fitted the specific job we need done. Again, this business seems well run and was great to work with.

We have pets, dogs and a cat as well as huge veggie gardens. The dirt we track into the house is surreal at times. Add stains, tipped coffee, etc. and our carpet cleaner just couldn't keep up. It was leaving more spots behind than it was cleaning. James and Floyd were absolute professionals. They worked for 3 hours using equipment designed to agitate and remove dirt and stains . They put protectors around corners and railing bases. They worked on hands and knees in places to make certain that the edges were not only clean but as dry as they could get them. They went after one tiny stain with 3 chemicals before it finally came out. They left the carpet looking new. What an achievement! Even the stairs and the landings (that were a catchall for dirty shoes and paws despite rugs and towels) were spotless. Their primary cleaner had a pleasant odor but by the time they were done the smell was gone. The carpets were completely dry within a few hours. We didn't meet their minimum square footage charge so they offered to Scotchgard the carpets too. We didn't add it because we are sensitive to chemicals but they really tried to give us our money's worth of services. What we lacked in square footage we more than made up for in stains and dirt. They more than succeeded in giving us our money's worth, frankly, by getting the carpets so amazingly clean. I appreciated that I knew the bill up front and wasn't victim to a long-winded sales pitch for an extra service or that cleaner/deodorizer, etc. James and Floyd were great to work with. I have used A & D before ( 2 story water damage and more) and will continue to use them in the future. Every one of their employees who have come into our home has been absolutely trustworthy and professional. Hire them with complete confidence that your home and belongings will be cared for and the work they do will be thorough and complete.

Working with A&D was a totally positive experience. The quality of costumer service went far beyond my expectations. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They're professional communication was very good and they kept me comfortable with the entire repair process. I highly recommend them.

A&D Hydra Clean did an excellent job. From communication, to dealing with insurance, to customizing my restoration, all aspects of the job were outstanding. A&D replaced or repaired the following in my house: drywall, insulation, kitchen cabinets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpets, tile around the fireplace, bathroom vanities, plumbing, trim, paint, and appliance connections. A&D was very timely with all of these repairs, and communicated any concerns or adjustments to the schedule. I am very pleased with A&D's craftsmanship, they certainly do the job right. Several times they went above and beyond and repaired some things that were not necessarily covered by insurance but were necessary to do the job well. I would highly recommend them! I hope to never have a pipe burst again, but I would use A&D for "planned" remodels in the future!

Everything went extremely well. I spoke with Tricia at 8am and she was very responsive and had servicemen come right away. By 8:50, James and Ben had arrived. They found the leak from my washing machine and I was shown pictures and video. Carpet was pulled back and the wet pad was ripped out. Drywall behind the washing machine was cut away. Wet baseboard moulding was taken off to dry. Mulitple fans and an enormous dehumidifer were placed around the basement. I am so happy I called A & D! They were all extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They kept me continally aprised of the situation to ease my worry. I highly recommend them!

The team was prompt, professional, and courteous beyond words. They were highly consultative about the approach the fix, coordinated well with the other (plumbing) contractors to solve problems well. And they did a very high quality job.

This is the secret nd time we have called A&D and we would again. They are prompt, knowledgeable, well supplied to do whatever needs to be done. They recommend what needs to be done and do it. The restoration has been excellent.

Excellent response, by now we KNOW they will get everything dry and restored to normal. Yes it costs money, but as you can see we have gone back twice now and will again in the future should we need them.

A& D responded within ours of our Christmas Eve morning call. They had a team of workers who were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, clean, and thorough.
