The technician popped open the furnace and explained every little thing he was looking at. Unlike the other companies, he helped point out where I had a healthy unit apart from my worn out part. They offered to replace the part for free to get us through the incoming ice storm if I wanted the whole unit replaced after it was over. I ultimately decided to only replace the individual part, and still Henrys pricing was far superior to all of the others. "
