Super Alex was so good on repairing my refrigerator and explaining answers to all my questions

Amazing. Alex is very professional from start to finish. He takes time to explain the issue and how it needs to be fixed. He’s very up front with what the estimate costs are and when it was time to pay, the final (actual) cost was lower - much lower - than his original estimate. I’m not sure I will ever use anyone else other than Alex.

Great! Alex, the technician, was very friendly, worked efficiently and had the machine working perfectly in very little time. The fee was very reasonable as well.

Alex did a great job! He went above and beyond; not only did he fix the problem but kept me from having to buy a new refrigerator. All done in short order and at a reasonable price. I will call them for all my appliance needs. I can't thank them enough!

The technician knew what was wrong when he came, and he had to appropriate pasts with him. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and he completed the work in a timely fashion. Also, he did not leave until he knew the repairs had been made.

Great service. Repair man explained the problem, he ordered the part. The part came in earlier than expected he came the next day to fix the fridge. Would highly recommend!!!

I do not feel qualified to give an honest review, I felt like there were things done, that did not need to be done, but again, maybe they did. The young man that came was very polite and punctual. I am old, I feel it hard to trust people. He took care of a problem with my refrigerator as well as my washer at our request, which we are glad to have done. The refrigerator was $176.00 and the washer was $297.17. Like I said, I am old and the price of things are hard to get used too.

AMAZING! Technician diagnosed the problem right over the phone. Then showed in great detail what the issue was and how he fixed it! JUST FANTASTIC SERVICE AT A VERY FAIR PRICE!
