Alex arrived within an hour and had our oven up and running within and hour as well. Alex saved our Thanksgiving !

I put the ad up Saturday (November 23) I was contacted by someone that same evening. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Then even came four hours earlier to do the job. I thought it would at least take him an hour, he did the job in twenty minutes. I would definitely contact them again for any appliance repairs I have.

The technician took the whole dryer apart. The drum was in my hallway. He repaired the ?pullies . My unhandy husband was so impressed. The technician was so very polite and pleasant. Alex Lamptey did an excellent and thorough job on my GE clothes dryer. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly to work with. No after visit clean-up necessary either. If I have any future issues with any large household appliances, I will not hesitate to call and have him resolve the problem.

He’s very up front with what the estimate costs are and when it was time to pay, the final (actual) cost was lower - much lower - than his original estimate.
