There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication.
