Hogeland Construction was the best company that we worked with during the entire build. We began the build right when Covid hit. There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership.

The guys showed up on time and did great work! Even when I had issues with the color of the paint I had purchased, they went back to Home Depot for me and argued on my behalf.

Bryan completed a partial kitchen remodel in our 155-year-old house, and my wife and I are very pleased with the results, and with the entire process. As an architect, I know from experience that it's incredibly difficult to find a contractor who has fair prices, does quality work, communicates clearly, AND works with subcontractors who are equally capable and professional. Thankfully we found that person in Bryan. We would gladly hire him again (in fact, we've already hired him for additional work!) and would absolutely recommend him to others.

My husband and I could not be happier with the work that Bryan and Hogeland Construction did for us! Bryan was always punctual, respectful and attentive. He understood exactly what our vision was, and was very reassuring throughout. We had a massive project that involved tearing down walls, installing new tile, and moving around electrical work and plumbing. We are ecstatic with the results! Our bathroom and closet are beautiful, and I've been showing it off to everyone. We are hoping to finish our basement in a few years and already know we will be calling Bryan again!

Bryan was also professional and respectful. He created a bedroom suite for us and it’s better than we ever dreamed it could be. We extremely look forward to using Bryan again for other projects

He was able to fix what had been done incorrectly by previous contractors not even 4 years ago - and at a fair price and timely manner. Already planning to work with him on future projects.

Excellent!! Looks beautiful, kept me informed on updates, cleaned up every day after the work was completed and we are very pleased with the quality of work.

Project started a few weeks later than originally planned but I was able to accommodate that. Flooring subcontractor was great. Counter Top subcontractor has some communication issues; but, things worked out in the end.

I hired Bryan to remodel the small master bath in my condo. I originally contacted him in 2018, but due to other issues within my home I had to place this project on hold. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great. If I had more projects I would definitely hire him again.

Bryan and his team were excellent. Bryan provided a written contract up front including details of work to be performed, materials that were included (or to be provided by me), and a payment schedule aligned over the course of the actual work. He and his team were prompt and polite. They kept a very neat work area even while demolishing walls. Our master bathroom project included the removal of a wall, addition of another and relocation of almost all plumbing in our master bath. They also removed a standard bathtub and replaced it with a custom built oversized tile shower. Bryan is very detailed in building the shower base and his tile work is very very good. His attention to detail was fantastic and we are exceptionally pleased with the finished product.

Couldn’t ask for a better response to our request, signing the contract and having the work completed. Bryan is very conscientious and diligent in his work and professionalism. He always kept us appraised of what he was doing, how all was going, and if there were any additional issues that needed to be addressed. Bryan never left the site without making sure everything was clean and in order.

Brian did a great job installing our tile. He is an experienced and knowledgeable contractor. He is responsive to questions and just a nice guy. I would highly recommend his services.

Great! Very hard worker, cleaned work areas up daily, keeping dust to a minimum. Has artistic talent and it shows in room and cupboard design! Stayed on schedule.

From my first phone call with Bryan to schedule an estimate, to the execution and completion of the project everything went extremely well. Bryan is extremely responsive and does what he says he is going to do. He contributed to ideas in planning the project. Estimated an appropriate amount of time to complete the project and actually stayed on schedule. At the end of each day he cleaned up and put things away to the point where you would not have known someone was in your home that day. Our main project was to complete a façade exposed brick wall using BrickWeb tile on a drywall wall approximately 21 feet tall by 12 1/2 feet wide. The project also included removing and reinstalling the railings and banisters and electrical. Bryan and Billy are Cratftmen and Artists! We requested the grouting to be done in a rough rustic look to give it the appearance of an exposed brick wall - they accomplish that beyond our expectations! We plan to remodel our kitchen in a few years and Bryan will be the first person we call.

We had hired a professional foundation repair company, paying them over $1000, digging up the yard as well as patching the cracks, yet with the next rain, water came in and all over our carpet! Brian came over and in one fix, the cracks were sealed with no further leaking! He cleaned up as though he had never been in our basement....we confidently bought new carpeting and it’s remained dry!! Great Guy!!

The project was completed on time and on budget. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left everything in great shape. They listened to our questions during the project and were willing to make accommodations as we requested. We were impressed with the attention to detail for the tile and grout lines. They also took the time to get to know our dogs.

It was an amazing experience! Bryan was professional from the first contact and there for me even after the project was finished. He and his crew were there every day when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves each night, and most importantly, their quality of work was a 10! Working with Bryan makes me want to start another project immediately with him!

Bryan has restored my faith in contractors. I have been burned in the past by hiring the wrong people for projects. So when it came time to redo the basement I was very nervous. I needed someone to do deliver a great finished project so i could enjoy the other half of my house again and I needed someone to be VERY CAREFUL about the framing and drywall because if they messed up on the project it could have voided the warranty work on my foundation repairs and wasted thousands of dollars of work. Bryan was one of many bids we collected in the process he was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. He was a delight to work with from the get go. Bryan listened to our concerns about what we needed him to do and how it was absolutely necessary to build around the foundation work with no mistakes. I also added to the difficulty of the job by wanted to try to keep the walls as close to the foundation as possible so i could get as much square foot space as possible. Bryan was upfront about his upcoming projects and very honest and very realistic with his time frames. We wanted everything complete before Christmas. During construction there were some unforeseen things that came up as usual but Bryan was always able to address them and gave suggestions about how he could improve our vision. He even built us a custom door for our office. He was also very easy to work with on changes or additions as the project went on but kept us on track with our deadline. He was always willing to answer questions we had on the project (which there were a lot). Bryan and his crew were always on time and kept the project clean. My only regret on the project is we didn't hire Bryan the day he came out and bid the job. I have a few other large projects (deck, kitchen, bathrooms) that will all be going to Bryan.

Bryan was extremely professional, prompt and the worksite was cleaned everyday. He had to remove the old plaster, chisel up the old floor and kept all of that mess out of the rest of the house. Always communicates and offers suggestions if something out of the ordinary comes up. Does excellent work, really cares about what he does. Treats your project as if it was his home. I don't think you can find a better contractor. I would hire him again without hesitation.

The project went smoothly. Hogeland did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. No surprises for us as homeowners. Definitely as pleasurable as it could have been.

Hogeland Construction exceeded my expectations. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and typically find little things to be resolved after a project is complete. However, this was not the case with Bryan's team. Their work was of very high quality and Bryan was extremely attentive and friendly. I would recommend Bryan and his crew without hesitation. They will treat your home with the same respect as they would treat their own. They have a passion for delighting the homeowners they work with.

Brian listened to us, asked good questions, and communicated with us often and openly. His work ethic was outstanding. And the quality of his work is top notch. I can strongly recommend anyone hire Hogeland Construction. I know we will again for our next project.
