We are family owned and operated. We service all brands, makes and models. From furnace and water heater repair and replacements, all the way to a leaking kitchen faucet or bathroom toilet. "I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. I will definitely hire them for future jobs."

"We had two technicians out over two days. One was for a repair, Daniel. He did a fantastic job troubleshooting and explaining throughout the repair process. As a retired VP of Services, I notice the details and process. They delivered. Louis was sent for a follow-up to service because our fan motor unit needed to be cleaned. All of this was very well documented with pictures and showing me the actual motor unit. Louis did a great job of explaining and showing me the actions and results. It was a service text book delivery of services. Really good... Plus, both technicians worked to save me money with discounts and customer loyalty savings. Fantastic... An honest group of technicians and a company that promotes that in the customers best interest."

"I had to replace my old boiler heat as it was not repairable. So I purchased a NEW wall-mounted, modulating gas, condensing, combination Boiler. It replaces BOTH my boiler heater & Hot water tank. The new unit is attached up on wall with a small tank, gas, water lines below. The 2nd pic is where old hot water heater used to sit. Now I have all that extra storage space!! And no need for upkeep & repairs on a big old hot water heater!! The only thing I can complain about was that they were here for 12 hrs!! start to finish. Plus I was here sitting practically on top of a space heater dressed very warmly all day. And of course this was in January 2025 in northwest Indiana. I think this was a 1st time install for them in an older home not a new build. I would have rated them as a 5 star if not for the LONG DAY it took to be installed. They all were very nice, kind & cleaned up their mess. They brought large painter cloths to put down on floors due to going in out in the snow also."
