"Had appt for duct cleaning and they cancelled claiming due to weather9slight rain). Rescheduled and when arrived for service claimed they couldn't perform job due to the fact that our home only had front street parking and alley parking and couldn't do the job because I dont have a dedicated driveway to park their vehicle for fear of tool theft. It would have made sense to just ask that simple question during scheduling rather than have someone dedicate time for service and prepare house for service."
