He listened closely, explained everything so well and was extremely efficient. Our dryer ducts were almost like new when he was done. He also carefully and completely cleaned up every area of our home where he worked. His price was reasonable plus he put in extra effort and care to provide added value. I hired ADMS to clean out my dryer vent. Miguel was responsive, professional, courteous, and efficient. He gave me a special discount for the services because an expired offer was still posted on a third party website. I chose to pay the initial quote. The job ended up being much more than expected and Miguel did an amazing job, explaining the work as he went along. In the end, our dryer vents were nearly filled with lint. He filled half a garbage bag. No wonder why our clothes took forever to dry! Now it takes a fraction of the time. Will definitely hire them again!

ADMS contacted me almost immediately after I asked for quotes on angi.com. First, I got an email, then a text. I returned the call and set up an appointment for two days later. They arrived on time, were efficient and effective in cleaning my dryer duct – which included going to the building roof to check the exit vent, totally cleaned up the work area afterwards, and shortened and improved upon my dryer duct connection to prevent crushing of the venting to that was a bit too long. They kept me totally in the loop by telling me exactly what they were going to do and took pictures of before and after and sent them to my phone. Air duct maintenance solutions is a relatively new, family owned business and they take pride in their work and doing an excellent job. I was so pleased with them that I asked them to schedule me for annual duct cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their dryer duct or any air ducts cleaned.
