"We scheduled an appt with 4S. The person came out and said they could put in a water softener. They said they would get us a quote and could get started the next week. We NEVER heard from him again. I emailed directly, called but never heard back. How is that professional? How do companies get away with that kind of service? If they did want our money, that is fine but be professional."

I believe we may have even gotten an upgrade on the equipment. The two systems have work perfectly. The two maintenance visits were perfect as well. The workman, Tim, arrived on time, took his time to do his job well, and was very polite without being intrusive or falsely friendly. We chose Maglish because a colleague from work recommended them. And sure enough, the best recommendations come from friends. We look forward to Maglish servicing our new systems for decade to come. We will look to them to do other work as well."
