Corbins stuck with it and with the help of a trail camera uncovered an obscure opening that no one would have thought existed. Corbins was a joy to work with. We highly recommend them."

"I contacted Critter Removal LLC because raccoons got in my attic again. I had this issue once before and the company I called out, used a sonar and said they got the raccoons out and cleaned up. However, after realizing they got back in, I decided to contact a different company, Critter Removal LLC. It turns out, sonars really don't do much to get rid of the racoons and the prior company didn't put anything up to keep them from getting back in. Critter Removal did. They emailed me before each visit to let me know what time the person would be there and he was always on time. I also get a warranty for a few months for the work. Dillon was who they sent and he was prompt, courteous and took time to explain things to me, even things I wasn't sure I needed to ask. Based just off that initial experience, I would hire them again."

"Patriot did an exceptional job at removing raccoons from our home, as well as repairing the existing damages caused by them to help prevent the issue in the future. Within a day they were able to come out and perform the inspection to identify problem areas and come up with a game plan to eradicate the raccoons. The work performed by Patriot was timely and efficient. Even when the weather took a turn for the worst (sub-zero temps), they came out and worked on our house and set up traps. We really appreciate how knowledgeable and professional Chris was about the situation and how to remove the raccoons before they could cause more damage. "The work was delayed for one thing after another and the job has never been completed. NO work was ever carried out for the rebuilding of the brick courses on the fireplace chimney. The crown on the fireplace was never replaced per the contract, but left partially broken and cracked with water intrusion during the first winter after the supposed rebuild and liner installation. The stainless steel liner had to be "undersized" due to unforeseen issues once the work had been initiated. They charged a "research fee" to match / find the proper brick which they brought in less than a full pallet and far short to carry out the complete chimney rebuild. After being advised of the owners "back back after a fall" and the inability to finish the terms of the contract, I never heard from the owner again. She had no problem walking away with the deposit of $5,700 on a $11,900 contract, so I guess her back wasn't all that bad!"
