Apparently Josh does this as a side line so getting a pick up on Saturday was no problem. He and his buddy were punctual, courteous and took very little time loading up my cast offs.

We had a miscommunication. I should have been there, but I was told to pick three weekdays. The gentleman works on weekends. As luck would have it, I had to work this weekend. There was more wood I wanted taken away, but the large log I needed to get rid of was removed without additional cost.

The gentleman was punctual, courteous and very accommodating. I would definitely use again for hauling needs.

We arranged for provider (Josh Jackson) to meet us on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at our former home to remove a large credenza that was too heavy for us to get out while we were moving and loading all the other furniture. We explained to him (Josh ?), that 2 men and a special dolly that could hold this extra weight (or large appliance) could handle it and would take less than 30 minutes to move! We scheduled this service with Jackson's approximately 1 week prior to the day we needed him and I talked the same person (Josh?) 3 times throughout the week to make sure we were still on the schedule as planned as we would be driving back into town (2 1/2 hours away) just for this service and had arranged for the new owner's realtor to meet us at the house promptly at 11:00 a.m. On the Friday before (Aug. 21 around 5:00 p.m.) I again confirmed our appointment with Josh and then around 10:00 p.m. that evening, he called to inform us that now he couldn't perform the service - that his helper was not available!!! Of course we were upset - now we were in a real bind - and he hung up on us!!! Now, it's late Friday night and I'm on the internet googling all the junk removal services I can find in the area trying to find a service that is open on Saturday that is available to help us. Luckily, I was able to reach another service that opened early on Saturday and they were able to meet us at the original scheduled time. It cost us a whole lot more ($269) but we had no other choice...we had to get that piece out that day! I had a bad feeling about this company and now I know why...wish I had followed my instincts then and hired someone else!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!! Hopefully this review will help and keep others from having the same bad experience with Jackson's Junk Removal!

Corresponded with vendor to schedule pick up. The messages were through Angie's list and the vendor kept asking the same questions and was slow to respond. Eventually I call the vendor and they were not able to pick up the junk on time. Original request 5/28 requested pickup by 7/24 However, the vendor did offer the refund my money which I accepted.

He came the same day I purchased the Big Deal and did a good job I was highly satisfied with the service.

I called them late in the day and they came out the following day. I told them that I though I had one truck load and it ended up being 2+ and they never complained. They were awesome and I will definitely use them the next time I need items hauled away.

It went well he came over and load up all the stuff in the truck he had two trucks and all my stuff only filled up one and half truck loads. With all the help he had they got everything picked up in about 25 minutes.

They were fantastic! We had everything ready to go for them. They were very prompt and courteous. They loaded everything up and took three loads. It was certainly affordable and worth it.
