If I could rate this experience 0 stars I would. Pedro Flores did minor remodel work for me back in 2020, including drywall, studwork, and demolition on a small section of interior wall. The studwork was out of level and not properly attached to the existing structure, causing the wall to bow and create significant cracking in the ceiling. The drywall was not sanded with a proper barrier in place so the dust covered the entire house and all of our belongings. Pedro specifically went against plans that were initially shared with him to fix an issue with the ceiling joists and then used intimidation to force payment despite not being done correctly (he threatened to not leave the property until payment was received in full). It is now 3 years later, and all of Pedro's work was removed due to either not being code or being unusable. At best, his behavior and professional demeaner was negligent, at worse it is borderline criminal. Find anyone else to do your renovation.

This was a great experience, very professional, the crew was on time, and the job was well done, completed within 5 days. I will definitely use R&A again, and I have referred others to use their services as well.

The crown molding was installed perfectly, the estimate was fast and the service was fast. They would have received 5 stars from me, but the workers were on my carpet with their shoes and I specifically requested for them to wear booties. The main guy said that one of the installers found the ladder slippery so they took them off. There are booties with tread (which I had) but they had the plain white tread-less ones. So we spent about 2 hours cleaning the floor and carpet after they left. With that being said, they did a beautiful job.

The work was good but they didn’t finish the work… The pluming wasn’t done correctly so, the crawl space was full of water.. We tried for weeks to get in contact with them and was blown off. Eventually had to call out a plumber ….

As unprofessional as you can get. Nothing but questionable workers that leave trash everywhere, park all over the place and inconvenience the communities they work in. They're rude to everyone, and invasive. They're also routinely teaching their entire team how to do each trade on their jobs. They also have an incredibly poor turn around time. Has taken more than 3 years to build a single home.

Same as other reviews - set an appointment, said he was running late in traffic, then never showed up and wasted my whole morning.

We were very happy with the tile work performed in our bathroom. There were a couple things that we noticed but the team was back promptly the next day to correct it, they were great to work with and would use them again.

Very well. Very satisfied. Took a big job and did it well. Very happy with the quality of the work and proudly showing it to many.

Very well! Pedro and his team were polite, clean and efficient. They had our job done in one day. Please, if R&A Remodeling comes up in an Angi search, give them a chance to do more great work!

Pedro and team did a good job removing our old backsplash and installing new tile. They arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day, respected our space and belongings, and the finished tile work looks really good! It’s worth noting there were some chips in our cabinets and dents in our stove hood but nothing too noticeable. Overall, I’m satisfied with our decision to go with R&A!

Pedro and his team did such a good job remodeling our shower! It was in major need of repairs and they were able to start the same week we met. They did the job efficiently while also looping us in at the various steps of the project. We plan on using them again for any other project that may pop up!

Very, very pleased. Nice crew, arrived promptly and worked steadily till job was done. Had a variety of tasks and very happy with all results. Already planning on hiring them for more things we want done!

Got their name from Angie's list. Set up an appointment for an estimate, guy failed to show, I called and he said he was on his way, still never showed. Worthless

Poor. They used amature employees, their tile person is excellent, their carpentry was fine but no supervision at all on the several days the screws spoke no English and the job left unfinished. I would not recommend them in general.

He made an appointment with me for an estimate he was late and said he was stuck in traffic. I referred a friend to him . He made an appointment with her and a friend she referred. Both appointments were on the same day and he never showed up to either appointment. My friend called me and I was embarrassed and had to apologize for referring her to him!

Eveything went well. Had few hiccups but worked thru it all..

Showed up 30 minutes late to first appointment, no show on the 2nd to get drywall measurements.

The conversion of the shower when very well and the tile installed on the walls of shower and the floor of the bathroom was excellent. i showed them my style, they helped guide me though the process, showed up on time, helped me navigate products, etc. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I knew about them for projects I had in the past. I highly recommend them

I highly recommend this company. I was so pleased with the first project they did for me that I called them back to do more work. They actually helped me to correct a project gone bad by someone else I had hired previously before the first time I used them. I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and used them for both projects initially. Pedro and his team are pleasant to be around, professional and truly know their skills. They are prompt, cognizant of your time, very kind, professional and respectful of you and your home. They will definitely be my go-to for any future projects I need done and referral to any family & friends.
