When we started out, we wanted to streamline the moving process for clients in the Chicagoland area. We felt that the current local industry was inundated with way too many fees and charges and that customers came away feeling like they were being "nickel and dimed" for everything. What we found was that by building everything into a full service, simple quote system, with no additional fees, customers overwhelmingly responded with an unanimous thumbs up. Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

The manager will promise to listen and read all communications between the two of you and then will stop answering your calls and emails. If you allow them to move items, they will arrive broken and dirty. Your items will be transferred from one truck to another even when they tell you it's a direct move. Then when you file a claim, it's the equivalent of about $25. Save yourself the frustration and pass on this company."

"Angi provided 27 7 Logistic Services as a potential supplier of moving services. I contacted them and 2 other movers. Ultimately I signed a contract with 24 7. On 2/24 I received a quote from Michael at 24 7. The initial quote included a $1,000 discount because of the following reasons: my husband is a veteran, we are senior citizens, and we signed a contract on the first contact with their company.. As the move date approached, I had the final walk thru with Lisa Marie. After the walk thru I was provided a copy of the final contract. I reveiwed the contract and saw that the $1,000 discount was reduced to $500 with no explanation. I attempted contact 24/7 but was referred to "higher pay grade" employees who never bothered to return my call. At the completion of the move I made final payment based on the revised numbers which was $500 more than the quoted amounts. The move has been completed and 24 7 management has totally stone walled me concerning not honoring their quote"
