I was given a quote (estimate). When they showed up to pack the truck. I was told Q was wrong, I paid over $3000 more. Had it been accurate from the beginning I would not have used them. That in itself seems suspect. About 20% of my items mysteriously disappeared, along w/several broken items. What is more suspicious, items packed together were missing. I had a set of 6, received 4. Had decoration sets packed together, missing part of them. They were all in the same box. Delivery was delayed. When they arrived the 2 workers had a verbal yelling fight. OMG!! I was told I had more time for claims then told the period was over. When I called CS I was yelled at. I asked if they treat all Customers this way, they said "YES". Ironically 2 of my friends used them too, both had issues!! One of the worst experiences in my life!!

They were perfect as my most memorable experience in movers most recent couple of years. They imparted clearly ahead of appearance and kept me informed regarding their estimated time of arrival and got right to work after showing up inside the scheduled window. Everything was removed from my fifth-floor walk-up right away and shown up at my new apartment precisely at the booked time. My stuff and space was all in capable hands, and whatever should have been wrapped or taped was finished with no delay. The cost was outstandingly sensible and the experience was only wonderful. I would enthusiastically recommend 24/7 logistic services to anybody.

From start to end it went smooth. Chris my rep was thorough in detail explaining the entire process. The gentlemen that moved us were respectfully nice, and easy to work with. We had some last minute packing which they also helped us with. Everything arrived relatively fast in perfect form. I would recommend them helping anyone that needs this service .
