"Words are not enough to describe this company!!! They truly embody the American spirit: Pride in work, respect, knowledgeable, quality product!!! I am so glad we moved back into their service area!! We had forgotten what it was like to have a company and their employees to go above "just doing their job". If you are the lucky few who live in their service area, ask for Mr. B. Davis!! He was polite, professional, proactive!! Got to give a shout out to the workhorses of the company...the techs (John and his trio of men) who came out and replaced our unit....you gentlemen are nothing but polite, professional, and purposeful in getting the job done! You guys do not mess around!! We, cannot recommened this company enough. Had them in Clarke County and now in Stephens....Amazing Yall!!!"

"The company installed a boiler system & radiant heating system for our home and we called for a repair in year two of operation. The owner, who is the only person in the company qualified for more complex jobs, is either overbooked, uninterested in the business, or some combination thereof. We were told that he would be available in two weeks but that no one knows his schedule. So, we couldn't actually schedule service. He ultimately resolved the issue within a month. The following winter was much worse. The system had issues again. From the first time at which we contacted the company, we waited 8 weeks for him to show up and diagnose the issue, and 12 weeks to fix the problem. Further, the issue was a glycol leak that was (1) expensive to resolve and (2) potential evidence of shoddy work in their first set of repairs. The company's technicians are professional and qualified for routine jobs. They are very responsive. However, given the poor management and excessive reliance on one person who seems uninterested in helping, I'd never recommend this company for any work."

No worries with Cash Electrical we are insured up to 2 million for liability and bodily harm.Education includes an associates degree in Mechanical and Electrical Technologies and Certificates in areas of Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, and Residential Wiring. Rates and fees- we charge a service call fee of 75.00, this fee covers our fuel to the job, wear on vehicle and tools, and liability insurance for the job. Hourly rates are $60.00 an hour for a two man crew and $20/hour extra for each additional worker needed.
