+ -1 moreThe company was paid to diagnose and fix a leak to my roof. They determined that a small patch of roof needed to be replaced. A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”
