Description of Work: The problem was caused by work done by a previous contractor. Oasis came diagnosed the problem, helped me explain the problem to the previous contractor and checked to make sure the fix was properly done by said contractor. It was worth what I had to pay knowing Oasis was there looking over the work that was done. I will call Oasis whenever I have roofing problems from now on. Because of Oasis I did not have to pay the other contractor to fix the problem they caused.

Description of Work: We selected Oasis Roofing because of the great reviews the company had received. Their response time was very timely. The roof inspector was thorough and knew his craft well. We opted to get a whole new roof rather then just patching the leaking area. The work team finished the job in less than two days. (They would have finished in one except they ran out of daylight.) We were very pleased with their services and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for any roofing matters.

Description of Work: "We had Oasis repair all the hail damage we had. Our insurance covered all the hail damage work. This included a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, and a bunch of other little items. Oasis was very professional and good to work with. | |When they performed the work they did so on time, fast, and kept things very clean. They did a whole roofing job and I only found a few nails around the house and nothing else. So that's quite a good job keeping things clean. | |The insurance part was around 12K. | |We had them also replace most of our windows at the same time. That cost around 400-500 a window. The guy who came to do the windows did a great job and was very nice. Everything turned out very good. | |I would certainly use them again for any construction type of situation."

+ -1 moreI chose Oasis strictly based on price and the fact they could start within the week. I did have some concerns as usually " you get what you pay for". Oasis asked for no money upfront and they said this was their policy as they wanted the customer satisfied before they collected. I was pleasantly suprised with the whole process from start to finish. We did have a few issues come up during the 4 day process but all were resolved quickly. They did a great job at cleaning up after the fact. The roofers did drop some stuff on my hot tub cover and tore it in 4 places but Mike at the office had me keep out the money from the final payment to replace it, without any argument! I would definitely use Oasis again and recommend them to anyone. My only complaint was the fact the roofers struggled to understand my questions because of the lack of their English skills however they were very respectful. Oasis did have a project manager, Bruce, come by on regular basis to check with us on any issues and he was GREAT also! Mike and Nathan , I believe the co-owners, at the office are very nice and helpful!
