Disappointment with Oasis Roofing after attempting to build a working relationship with this roofer. I would recommend Oasis Roofing.

The people contracted did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards.

Excellent from start to finish. Highly competitive price, professional team, very efficient (crew removed and replaced roofing all in one day), quality job. Will definitely recommend to others and would use again myself without hesitation.

The roofing techs diid come out and inspect the roof, and applied some sealant to stop the leak. I told the technician that I could and would work around their schedule, a technician finally came out, after three missed appointments. No calls, no apologies, I had to WORK at getting these guys out. They asked if I "wanted a new roof" suggested there was a way to word the inspection report to where the insurance company would accept a claim. They never once addressed the exact thing I wanted repaired, they were simply seeing dollar signs and wanting to cash in on a full roof insurance job. Estimate for an entire roof was $14k and change

We got four bids on the job. Oasis impressed us as the most responsive and focused on what we required. They accomplished the entire job in a single day, dawn to dusk, with a crew of ten working non-stop. Everyone on the job was pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. Although clean up was done in the dark, it was virtually perfect.

I had a leak on my roof into my attached garage that caused some damage and did a Google search of my area of local roofing companies and look for reviews. I found a few reviews but not many and thus I signed up to Angie's List since they specialize in reviewing services. Anyway Oasis Roofing was listed with an A- rating, which was higher than the others listed in my area and so I called them to setup an appointment. The receptionist was nice and took down my information and said someone would call me later that day. Well no one called, so I called the next day and she apologized and said that one of the contractors would call me back within a day. Well 6 days passed and no phone calls, so I called again, and once again they apologized and said they would have someone call me later that day that it was just an oversight. Well....here it is another 6 days have passed and no one has called! I since called two other roofing companies and got prompt response and estimates with 2 days Here's the problem: Look at the reviews of Oasis, with their A- review apparently they do good work when they actually do it, however look and you will see at least 2 other complaints exactly the same as mine where they called multiple times and never got a phone call back! The owner of Oasis even responded to one of these complaints and apologized. So obviously this is a problem that the owners of Oasis need to address immediately. I think the problem stems from this: The receptionist at Oasis told me that their 'contractors' are given phone numbers and set their own schedules and make the calls. Well that's the problem, I've worked with contractors for over 30 years and many times they are not the most responsible people at contacting you, especially if they have work already. so. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OASIS! Very frustrating calling you multiple times for 3 weeks and no one calls back or comes over to give me an estimate.

Quick response, following up with on a vent pipe cap and that should conclude things.

I initially contacted this provider via their website which states estimates could be provided in a day or two. After 5 days with no response I called the company, the person I spoke with was apologetic and stated she was new, but did not know who was responsible for the website and that someone would call me as soon as possible. That was one week ago and no response. This company may do good work, a year or so ago I saw them doing several jobs in my neighborhood, but no response after almost two weeks is a big red flag in my book.

I went back and forth with them trying to schedule an estimate. They just stopped responding to me. It is a small gutter job . I must not be worth their time, so they are not worth mine.

In the past I've had two separate roofing companies come out to fix my chimney roof and a year or two later it was leaking again. I found Oasis on Angie's list called them out to diagnose and possibly fix the problems I was having. Tony came out explained what all needed to be done and why. They fixed it and also another chimney roofing problem on another house I had too. I believe now it is truly fixed. They also gave me tips on how to maintain it so these leaks never happen again. They stand behind their work which is refreshing. I would recommend this company to all my neighbors and anyone who asked. They were professional and their prices were fair. From past experience it's hard to find good roofers. Oasis is now in my book for any other roofing needs I might have in the future.

I purchased a fifty dollar coupon for roof inspection and $100 in repairs. I knew I had at least one minor repair and thought it would be good to have the roof inspected by a professional. Luke showed up a little early. He was very professional as he inspected the roof. There was one leak I was aware of, but it only leaked when we had a heavy snow on the roof. He found where the problem was and caulked the crack that was allowing the seepage. He also found a bigger potential problem around the fireplace chimney, photographed it and repaired that. In addition, he caulked all exposed nail heads on all the flashing for all of the roof vents. He also provided advice and answered all questions that I had. I found him extremely pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The cost was probably around 8 thousand or 10 thousand but after the insurance claim, we paid the rest of that. The whole roof was replaced. That went good. They were in and out in one day.

They did a good job. The work itself was good. I had the phone number of the guy in charge of everything and also the guy in charge of the roofers so I could always call if I had questions. I always heard from them when there were delays due to weather.

Quality- rate them low because they didn't finish all of it. Left some of the damaged siding. Responsiveness - we have talked multiple times to come and fix the rest and they have not done it. They were very responsive before getting the business. They keep sending me invoice of the remainder, relatively small amount and I've told them they can finish the job first which is more than the amount I owe if I go to another company. Oasis has chosen to let go the money instead of being able to collect the balance. They have told me a few times by now that they will come and check. Punctuality - They have my cell phone and home numbers and no reason to not setup time or not get hold of me. All this makes me rate professionalism down and the fact that one time they called me to say I can pay part of it and they will let the rest go, as if they were doing me a favor while they have not even finished their own job that they committed.

The roofed two houses and two garages. We were amazed at how hard the roofers worked and what an excellent job they did. We can absolutely recommend the firm without any reservations.

They replace the roof. Everything that went bad, they took care of it. They were very responsive. There was a very serious problem. The subcontractor put the shingles on wrong. I told the guy that they put it wrong, he didn’t look into it then they finished the whole roof. I ended up talking to the manufacturers, they confirm that they put it wrong, so they have to rip the whole roof and start all over. They probably lost between five and nine thousand dollars on this. They never cry and they never complain. They were relying on the subcontractor. Even with all the problems, they did what was needed to make me satisfied.

After a winter snow storm, I noticed a small wet spot on ceiling. I contacted Oasis roofing to investigate. Someone was sent out that very day (during some bad weather) to take a look at the roof. The gentleman informed me the wet spot was the result of an ice dam.

Did not complete work!!!!! Do not care to give anymore feedback.

They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They came out right away to fix the roof and were very responsive to my requests. They did a great job. They fixed the roof for free because it was still under warrenty.

They worked with me when I needed a quote. When I can afford it, I will use their services.

They removed a flat roof that another contractor had replaced several years prior (it was supposed to last "almost forever"). They had to remove the roofing and replace sheeting and insulation underneath that had been ruined because of leaking. I will call Nathan for any work I need in the future. He and his crew were very professional.

During a rainstorm in early July 2013, we realized that our roof was leaking and called Oasis. I left a message stating our problem. My phone call was returned about two weeks later. By then, our roof was fixed and we didn't need their services.
