"Would give 0 stats if I could! Stay away from Tim. Quoted us for a fence with 2 gates as we wanted, showed up a week later with only one because he forgot. Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."

We are a full-service company of employees and select contractors specializing in kitchens and baths. We offer several cash and financing options for all size projects, as well as a complete design showroom in our Yorkville location.
"AM Kitchen and Bath have done outstanding work at my house over the past year. I hired them to do a full bathroom remodel, which required gutting the small space down to the studs; to do a complete reroof of my house after the old roof began to leak; and, most recently, to put my once-finished basement back together after a drain tile installation had torn it apart, adding a half bath and increased storage down there while they were at it. The bathroom remodel included custom cabinetry, and both bathrooms included extensive tile work, both of which impress everyone who has seen the work. You can see pictures of my bathroom on their website (subway tile bathroom). My house is almost a hundred years old, and we uncovered some major plumbing issues during these projects (vent stack and sewer main), which Adam’s crew successfully resolved. In addition to adding a half bath to my basement, we put back all the wallboard, exchanged all the doors (8 of them) for nicer ones and put all new hardware on them, added lots of wooden storage shelving in my utility room, installed luxury vinyl flooring, and repaired a broken water pipe and a sewer main. There was so much more, but those items were the biggies. The cost of service is for the basement project. Adam and crew are great to work with. They are respectful, friendly, and responsive. Adam always has ideas on how to solve any problem that may arise (no remodeling project is problem-free), and he has always willingly accommodated any changes I have requested mid-project and done other small miscellaneous add-ones.
